We'll be sharing some insight into the weekly session regime, how to stay motivated on camp, keeping up with nutrition, and triathlon travel hacks, as well as everything you need to know about triathlon training at Club La Santa!
Jumping straight from the 1500m olympic trails onto a plane the next morning, Lucy already had a great base of swim strength in the bank. This camp was all about maintaining that swim while building up the bike and run ready to dive feet first into race season!

Not a triathlete or any sort of athlete but agree CLS is a great resort. May pay another visit when things open up.Those of us who aren’t so sporty get inspired by you guys while we’re there 👍
Great video I've been to Club La Santa once 5 years ago at the start of my triathlon journey and although not made it back it was brilliant. I vote natural with the hair although you would look cool calm and collected even with green hair!

I went to Club La Santa with college back in 2008, it's an unbelievable place.
Would it be ok to ask you how you calculate your carb and protein requirements based on your training?
Really struggling with this and find there are several different ways of calculating it depending on where you look and don’t know which to go with and end up under fuelling I think. Not sure though!
Btw your back is just amazing! You’re an inspiration in so many ways but your mix of positive attitude and humility is so refreshing. Good luck with the rest of 2021. :)

I recently looked at taking a week to just focus on training and nothing else but the prices are getting quite astronomical for regular amateurs and with daily bills at home going through the ceiling I'll have to make do with Club La Wales this winter 😂

Can you explain how on earth you manage to recover from doing multiple workouts every day of a 7day week for 6weeks back to back? I am at a loss how anyone could sustain that without complete burnout and over reaching that would harm their performance and leave them completely fatigued?

Club la Santa is perfect for family, loads of a thing to keep the kids entrained and still space to relax by the pool :)
