    About to shoot my short but contemplating on whether or not to spend the money or buy a #2 pencil and draw it myself. Haha!

      Ha, yeah you can definitely do that and nothing wrong with that approach! I’ve done that a lot myself. This just takes it to the next level especially with it’s ease of use. Either way it’s important to convey your vision to the rest of the crew (especially the DP) or even just for yourself to formulate a shooting plan.

    Looks like you can make a slide show video story like for an illustrated audio book or music video.

    Great video. I noticed your prints came out great. When I print from Previs it's very dark (different printers). Did you have that trouble?

      Never had a problem. I export a PDF, then print that from Adobe Reader. Thanks for watching.

    great app, but it sucks that you're not able to add to, draw on, and modify material and textures to customize your own characters without going outside the app.

      Yeah there are some limitations, but overall it’s really easy to use and I find it a valuable tool for DIY storyboarding.

    is this app worth it i have not seen any reviews. Its pricey life time but looks like its worth it. Can you give me some advice?

    • @iphoneographers
      @iphoneographers  Год назад +1

      It’s worth it if you do storyboarding a lot, but are not an artist, in other words, you can create some really good boards quickly to share your vision of your project. I’ve found it extremely useful and have used it quite a bit the last couple years on various film projects. Definitely recommend it.

      It’s one of the prop options or you can import your own images.

    Does the app work on windows ?

      @iphoneographers  2 года назад +2

      Not to my knowledge. It’s currently iOS or Mac silicon on a computer. There’s a program called Frame Forge that works on PCs you might check out.

    Hey, man. I recently got this app. Haven’t gotten the paid version yet. $$$

      I’ve used it for a while and think it’s definitely worth it. I also use the Shot Lister app and using these two together you can really create great pre-pro materials. I print the docs out and take them on a clipboard to the shooting location for reference. I need to do a video about Shot Lister too.
