What really bugs me out is that, if infact it was a weather ballon and that it was a top secret operation. Why was it that a common civilian (rancher) was the one who discovered the crash site? Why didn't the Airforce took steps to recover the materials from the crash site before anybody else could? Which they most certainly would know of, because they had to be monitoring the ballons if they were operating those missions. And if they claim that the rancher got there before they could, a good number days had passed after the crash took place. Which is clear enough to prove that the authorities didn't even bother to recover it, and the only reason behind it is that they didn't have a fucking clue about it.

I saw an old doc on this, and they said that metallic cellophane wrap was not commonly known of at the time, but did exist. That's honestly what I've always thought. It's right after World War II, the Cold War is setting in, and so it seems pretty natural that some tech was being worked on. Like Shane, I believe extraterrestrials exist. However, humoring the skeptics, I will say that, despite there being many witnesses, I can definitely see a large majority of people hearing about something scary occurring in their town; something so important that the military got inolved and that it was being labeled as an encounter with extraterrestrials, lying and saying what they saw was an alien spacecraft with alien bodies just to sound important or be involved in the case. One of the soldiers who guarded the crash site was in my company in 1973 when I was paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. He said that he did not know what crashed but something did and government types were picking up the pieces.

You sit in the room with the object blind folded, and ask the "spirit" or "ghost" what color the item is, wait for a response, and then from what you hear, say what the color is. Then, take off your blind fold and see what the color is. For example, say Shane brought a red shirt. Him and Ryan would sit in the room, while Ryan is blindfolded. Then, Ryan would ask the spirit what color the item is, for example "what color is the item in front of me". Then once you get a response, say the color then take off your blind fold.

I saw an old doc on this, and they said that metallic cellophane wrap was not commonly known of at the time, but did exist. Like Shane, I believe extraterrestrials exist. However, humoring the skeptics, I will say that, despite there being many witnesses, I can definitely see a large majority of people hearing about something scary occurring in their town; something so important that the military got inolved and that it was being labeled as an encounter with extraterrestrials, lying and saying what they saw was an alien spacecraft with alien bodies just to sound important or be involved in the case.
Kind of like when you're in a crowd of kids surrounding a fight at school and you get questioned by other students because you were present. The issue is you don't know EXACTLY what happened or who were the ones fighting or why they were fighting, so you choose to piggyback off of the testimonies of those who claim the fight started because of [insert reasons] and that it was between [insert people].
Yeah that’s the thing. That’s too many witnesses to see the actual results. The crash, sure but the results? No.
Which is why I believe actual evidence over witness testimony any day
