For now, you could seal the damaged 90° air boot with electrical tape. It stretches, so you could pull it tight to conform to molded shapes. If you wanted, you could first carefully seal the damage with a soldering iron and then wrap it with a 3-4 wraps of electrical tape, then lock the tape from unraveling with a zip tie. I was told that 3M Electrical Tape won't unravel, but I don't think that takes heat and vibration into account. A thin, black zip tie ot two couldn't hurt. Since the mower is running great now, that might be good enough to last.
Great job on the repair, Joe. How's the tractor mower from your last video going? Did my suggestions help yet? Just curious.

@@JOEZEP54 You're welcome. I used electrical tape on my 2007 tractor mower Briggs breather tube while waiting for a replacement. The end part where it slips onto the air filter assembly was cracked. My best friend gave me this mower, but I gave him $200 for it, and I found the breather tube that way while troubleshooting issues. It worked, but it was touchy and didn't like being removed. The zip tie would come off the tape, so I ordered a new one. Your tube is damaged near the 90° bend, not a slip-on connection end, so it should be much more stable. Black tape and a black zip tie will be hard to notice, so if it works, there ya go. You could wrap the zip tie so the locking end is mostly out of sight and cut the pull end to make it more invisible.
