I've had the New York Times Natural Foods cookbook since the 80's. The potato meat loaf recipe has always been a favorite, and for the last 10 yrs., I've veganized the recipe
Pumpkin cake is spicy, like pumpkin pie. It's really good. Even better if you add some toasted walnuts and raisins to the batter. I wanted to let you know there is a reasonably priced copy of Roberta Sickler's first veg cookbook from the early 70s. It is called Ritual of the Hearth. The cover is beautiful. Enjoy all your new cookbooks - when it cools down...
Those were such interesting cookbooks. I would like any recipe from any of those cookbooks.😁
I would like to see more of the New York Times cookbook! I love your channel by the way 🙂
Thank you so much and I'll be sure to add that cookbook to our September videos!
Thanks !
I would love to see you cook something from the Cajun vegan cookbook!
Yes! That one is so interesting! I'll make sure and do that one soon!

I've heard only good things from this cookbook, so I'm excited to try it!
As a Louisiana native, I'm dying to know how that Cajun Vegan cookbook is. That is not an easy task!
It's a really interesting spin on a vegan cookbook. I'll definitely have this on the channel soon so we can see if it works! 😄

Toasted walnuts sound so good with that! And thank you letting me know about her other cookbook; I'm definitely going to get it!
