Saw Lou Graham a couple years ago at the Paramount in Peekskill, NY. Sounded GREAT and his backing band was dynamite!!! Considering what this poor guy suffered through it's amazing he's as good as he is. 🙏❤️
Wow ! Lou is doing great !!,.....FOREIGNER was always an incredible force in rock,....great memories for a lot of us !!!! ......thanx to daily boom media for this video
Which of the great (higher range) singers from the 70’s/80’s can still bring it like this in the 2020’s. Not many! Lou Gramm...hugely underrated and one of the best of all time.
We all know that time takes it toll on a singers voice and Lou is no exception. He was definitely one of the top male vocalists of his era that’s a fact..
Lou Gramm did an interview with Jim Beaudin (Rock History) and boy he was NOT happy being on stage with Kelly Hansen, he said Hansen "Talks too much" and wouldn't let him talk just to thank the fans for coming to reunion.
@rtrolly The band wasn't revived by Hansen . Jason Bonham (1) The first drummer of the "Hansen" lineup (2) Yep, drummer John Bonham (RIP)of Led Zeppelins son. Jason was the one who told Mick Jones, "YOU SHOULD REFORM THE BAND, THESE SONGS 🎵 SHOULD BE PLAYED". That's who encouraged Jones to reform the band . The problem was though Lou left in 2003 because of Mick addiction to alcohol . Lou's last Foreigner album Mr.Moonlight 1994-95 in bombed badly in America. Bands like Foreigner,Styx, Journey , Boston and Chicago were all reduced to "HERITAGE BANDS " status aka "CLASSIC ROCK" or simply "OLD". Radio stations were ordered to play new bands thus GANSTSA RAP AND GRUNGE took over. So even though Foreigner never died. They became a touring band. There's a 15-year gap between Mr. Moonlight and Can't Slow Down (2009), meaning Hansen's new album did NOTHING for them. It pleased a few Hansen fans. That's about it. It was Hansen's only major album with Foreigner and really he has no big hits of his own in that band. It ironic because Lous first replacement Johnny Edwards was in the band just 2 years and made one album 1991s UNUSUAL HEAT which actually is a much better album than "MR.MOONLIGHT" or "CANT SLOW DOWN". Hansen was paid more for covering Lous songs (which he cowrote) than Lou was ever paid as a member of the band. Lou's got kicked in the a** by Jones more than once.
Disagree with you. When Mick Jones and Thom Gimball play with Kelly Hansen and the current musicians that is the new sound of Foreigner and NO tribute band. Now that Thom Gimball left and Mick hardly ever joins I think it is more of a tribute band.
@@michaelbarrows1938 its not a new sound when you have to sound Exactly like Lou might as well lypsink to lou same for all the Journey frontmen that have to sound exactly like Steve Perry! Dave/ Sammy Brian/ Bon Ozzy/Dio put your own mark on the songs sorry man with Foreigner No Lou forget it just Like Boston with no Brad Delp thats my opinion Kareoke time!
Lou you were and still are one of my all time fav rock n roll singers !

Lou Gramm...hugely underrated and one of the best of all time.

The fact is his voice will not last a full tour He's out of gas.Shure he might do a partial tour

Of course lou will have a little animosity, Lou is one of my favorite singers of all time but Kelly has revived this band and kept their music alive

Mick Jones' guitar tone is fucking fantastic! That is the tone everyone is after.
Just a Les Paul into a Marshall Plexi.
@@davidmerlin3344 - yep, I bought a reissue 69 hand wired 50 watt but still had to do some mods, it’s kicks butt now.
Lou Gramm Sempreee!!
Here they are brother!
Louuuuuuu
You go Lou….
Dangerous music for an 18 year old hot blooded kid to be listening to in the early 80s.
Lous looking good. I didn't realise how small he is.
No hay comparación LOU 80' y 90' KELLY ahora.
They brought two worlds together ("Future and Past").
What happened to Lou's curls??
Yes, this is the Real Foreigner Band not that Karaoke amateur band with Clown Kelly Hansen.
Amen!!
Why is Kelly a clown? Lou obviously doesn't think so since he agreed to do the reunion
This was not the original lineup. The first two albums 1977 and 1978 Ed Gagliardi was the original bass player not Rick Wills.
But Rick was the spokes person on stage and a class act and made more records than the first bass player
Their is only one spaghetti spinner LOUIS ANDREW GRAMMATICO ALL IMPOSTERS EXIT STAGE LEFT PLEASE
I wonder if that Karen talked through the whole concert?
Thats Foreigner anything else is a tribute band even if mick is in it!
