- Some serious string bending and sliding going on here. This is from the performance of Will Ray & Jerry Donahue, Steve Duncan (drums) and John Davis (bass) at McCabes in Santa Monica, CA on February 13, 1998.
This concert was released on an authorized Bootleg CD in 2006. This is a Jerry Donahue composition which was released on his Telecasting:RECAST CD.

This download is taking forever. Love the way these two fellas voice the Tele although I have an inkling they could do it on pretty much any guitar. You make a happy man very old. By the way I've had a haircut and a shave, any idea what I should do next.....snort. Love you guys
Now that I see the vid, Jerry is actually playing a Strat with a somewhat redundant looking tremelo arm! It was a slow download as I said. Still remember Jerry playing a sublime little solo on an album by Fotheringay as if it was yesterday. Any Donahu fans should click on Fotheringay and then on "The Sea"...the might of Sandy Dennys voice is there also to behold. Very rarely listen to voices, but Sandy sings with scale,depth,timbre whatever you like. You might wanna check her out as well
