The passive aggression with the first couple is something else. I hope they learnt how to communicate and compromise.
I honestly think shes embarrassed. She keeps bringing up the fact that she has all these babies, that she just gave birth, and thats as valid of a reason as any, but he is skirting around it, and not being very sensitive to her feelings or the reality of their situation. They def needed to invest time for eachother, but, it's hard to want to do that with a man who doesn't care about how you feel.
This was how I first saw the Oprah Winfrey Show! The set, the music, & Oprah's interaction with the audience. This was the best set in my opinion!
Why am I soooo addicted to watching this? Love Oprah! She is inspirational. I will meet her one day when I win the jackpot. Can’t wait.
Why don't men hire help to assist their wives so they will be more relaxed rested and ready for intimacy? Or have her work part-time or not work at all problem solved 🤨

Merry Christmas 🎄🎁. It’s 6 am and I’m watching Oprah. 😂. My dog is sound asleep beside me and the gifts are all ready to go to the grandkids house.
I don't think the woman with the curly hair is attracted to her husband. I'm sure he doesn't help the situation by not being romantic and helpful. A lot of women, especially back then, were told to put physical attraction on the back burner.
Whats really sexy is when a man helps around the house, sharing child care WITHOUT being asked.
p.s. bedroom door locks are cheap and effective. We used to tell our kids DO NOT disturb us when we are napping unless someone is bleeding.
That was a good show the therapist gave very good advice, when she said people focus too much on the problem instead of finding the solution and I think she's absolutely right!!!! Harping on a problem and throwing a tantrum about it is not going to make it go away, I feel like they should use that energy to help resolve the issue then they would be better off

That first couple I suggest they use actual birth control that works. Lol. And her husband, they have a 4 year old and two babies. She works. My God why wouldn’t she be tired. If he’d help more and swoon her with little romantic phone calls or texts during the day maybe she’d feel like it. 🙄

I completely agree. Women take the brunt of the child rearing and housework to this day and it's ridiculous. We deserve a satisfying career too! Some men are better suited to be a stay at home parent. It should depend on the wants and personalities of the parents, not idiotic gender roles. I for one can't wait to actually co-parent with a lovely man someday!

Get a baby sitter and go to a motel. If you want it bad enough you can make it happen…and if you’re tired take a nap for an hr at the hotel ….. then get together. If there is a will there is always a way

Oprah is moderating the discussion. The counselor is giving the advice and it is up to each person to take the advice, or not. Why would you expect that people would be overjoyed to go on tv and pretend to be in unhappy marriages?
