Yes! SOUQ is the best! Although they reduced the items on their menu due to COVID-19 but it's still the best and affordable restaurant in San Fernando, Pampanga.

I miss my dad who was a pure Pampangeno (pure bread Kapangpangan) who cooks good meals with no recipes...it was difficult for him to pass it on..just loved his meals

Kapampangans are great cook. Precy our neighbor in Great Lakes, illinois is an impressive Kapampangan (around 1975) cook. Pls enjoy their wonderful dishes.

Am glad that you love our pampangueno food. Yes, San Fernando and Angeles are the best places to find the best kapampangan food.
Also San Fernando is famous for its lantern festival towards the holidays and the real re-enactment of the Lord's crucifixion during the Holy Week. You should see it. It draws a big crowd of foreigners and locals, as well.
