Thank you so much for pushing us! 💪😅 I was back to doing 15 lb hammer curls as I’ve been getting over a wrist injury…so pretty good for me! Last drop set could only do 2 reps at 15 lb curls, then dropped to 12 lb for rest of first minute and 8 lbs for last minute.
this is a great challenge.. I finished the 2024 STF program and wanted more so I started at the strength part of this series and I think it's more challenge than the 2024 strength section! I'm so grateful to have this program to follow up with. STF 2024 was the first full program I've followed along with Sydney.. usually I just pick and choose workouts. I loved the 2024 program and am glad I have this 2023 to fall back on until the next new program with Sydney. What a talented and resourceful instructor! She not only is full of motivation but her programs are very accessible and safely designed. As an older (57) woman, fitness has aways been a part of my life but injuries have become more of chronic conditions. Her programs allow me to still tweak my fitness while being mindful and healthy with my limitations. Thank you so much Sydney for your time and dedication!!!

Two vacays really messed me. ‘22 was a difficult year MENOPAUSE started! 😩 For the first time in 20 years I put workouts and my health on the back burner and got severely discouraged. Gradually I watched everything I had worked so hard for drift away. I put on 20 lbs and hated myself for it. A month ago at the age of 53 I started a whole new career. I was scared that for the first time in 23 years I was going to have to report to a job that had me back at working at 8:30 instead of 10. I wasn’t sure if I could find it in me to get up earlier and get a home workout completed, but I am doing it and I have your awesome workouts to help me. I found you in 2020 and you changed my whole mindset of what my workouts should look like. Year 50 on this earth and you got me in the best shape of my life!! I am ready to hit restart and do this again!!

Wow! 15 lbs is incredible arm strength! Is this lesson for men as well? I am a guy and did this lesson but it was brutal! I could only manage this training with 1 lb dumbbells and my arms just gave up during the curls with the 1 lb😔I wish I can be so strong and muscular as the women here!
@@rupinjeremiah9589 I know you commented this over a month ago but these videos are for everyone. Don't look at other people's numbers, you need to work your way up from the bottom. A year ago I never even used weights and now I'm using 5kg/11lb for curls and getting stronger slowly but surely

I’m not going to lie. I dropped a few F bombs during this workout. My arms are on fire. I seriously think I am going to have trouble lifting my arms to drink my protein shake. What a way to end the week of workouts!

Day 2 in Hawaii!!! Got in the gym early and got my workout in!!! Couldn’t do the drop set as someone else was working out and had the weights but I just pumped it out the whole time with what I had!!! Happy Saturday!!!
I couldn't do the tricep push ups today even though they're usually my strongest push up style but instead of stopping and leaving I just continued to do dips until the time was up. Make the workout work for you, every day is going to be different but stay engaged and give it your all! You got this!
Oh my lord my arms are jelly now!!! Loving these formats of really working the one muscle group at a time I'm really connecting especially triceps which I usually struggle with. Did 9kg(20 pounds) down to 6kg(13 pounds) for the dropset, supinated too! Happy rest day all, I really feel like I need it this week 😅🤍

Sydney, you pushed me on this one and I am proud to say I not only finished, I crushed it. Heavier weights, work through all three sets and made to the last two minutes. Then you humbled me on the finisher, I made it but I was done and my arms were on fire. Thank you ❤, great workout💪
Wow! Wow! Wow! I wasn’t feeling my strongest today, thought no way will I be able to get to my 20’s in the bicep curls…but I did! Now for the supinated curls it definitely didn’t happen first time, but did three curls during drop set. I had another happy tears moment last night when I fit into a medium shirt last night….can’t tell you the last time I asked for a medium shirt!
Whoa I don’t post hardly at all… but I have been following a Sydney for about a year and a half…REGULARLY! She got me through a blown left knee with upper body workouts, and now without surgery my left and right knee are stronger than ever… I gotta say these set of workouts are a doozy!!!!!
I'm happy to say I increased my weights for tricep kickbacks. Started with 20 lbs than 17.5 lbs than 15 lbs on last round. Pushed the increase for Biceps too! Woot woot🎉 way to go everyone
