    I am so entranced. The modeling is so smooth and painterly like in z brush. I’ve been learning modeling in maya and it is far more technical with how I’ve been doing it. This seems so painterly and natural. I’m also blown away by the mastery of this! Vi looks spectacular!!! I realized watching this all the way through how detailed she is. This woman seriously has a tattoo on her elbow?? Okay! I think your mosaic choice was good. You had a great timing of jump cuts. They flowed naturally and kept my attention.

    • @carso1500

      You can also box model in blender like you do in Maya, and blender is actually superior to maya at that too

      Is modeling easier than drawing?

    • @AlexelTech
      @AlexelTech 2 года назад +2

      @@avillence_hollow9342 excellent question, indeed...
      I think it's a matter of training and how your brain works.
      Some people have 3 dimensions projection viewing difficulties so they might prefer 2D drawing.
      On the contrary, some artists are more comfortable with the smooth, progressive iterations of sculpting.
      Either way, you need to know anatomic proportions and experiment your own style for hours.
      From my own experience, I would say I obtain far quicker results by drawing the character.
      But the sculpted one looks better in the end, and is far more usable on a long term approach, if I plan to make some other shots, poses or use it in a game, video, etc. In that case 2D drawing becomes far more time consuming than 3D
