For obvious reasons, "From Beyond" can not be taken too seriously. Yes, it's a fun flick to watch, but, at the end of the day...it's still an 80's monster movie. However, the very end of this movie is one of the creepiest things I've ever witnessed in any film. That maniacal laugh (almost a scream), that Crampton is able to utter, is incredible (it literally gives me chills every time I see it)! It is a moment (captured on celluloid, thank God) where "terror" and "madness" meld into one disturbing manifestation. Those few seconds, alone, are worth the price of the movie.
Barbara is still stunning looking today.

I love watching Re-Animator and From The Beyond. I think part of it is that this woman is very easy on the eyes and I love looking at her ❤️

Her face is clean compared to her neck and body which have some wrinkles. The age wouldn't lie. She was really hot. She is still good though.
