I think this was the second ever designer fragrance behind Le Male that clued me into the use of mint in perfumes. Really liked it at the time, with the presentation and everything. You nailed the A*Men parallel, since it was clear that Givenchy was going after the gourmand genre. I'll admit that I'm a bit of a fan of Wargnye's blending.

I like that mint note, as well. Although, Kryptomint didn't work for me. Too much like spearmint gum-type mint.

This one is more of a collector item than it is a good fragrance. I’m not shocked it got canned.
Sales probably weren't high but then later people missed it. Like original YSL M7.

The box and cellophane looks clean, so yes. I bet the bottle and juice is also clean.
