Muscenone Firmenich
Musk, Animalic A very elegant nitromusk type of odor reminiscent of Musk Ketone, with a slight animal but natural undertone. Usage: Muscenone® is a very powerful musk with two facets. At low dosages (0.05 to 0.5%), it is a fragrance enhancer. Above this level, it is used for its musky character in addition to its boosting effect. It has excellent substantivity on fabric, hair and skin; imparting a musky, powdery, cosmetic softness.
Exaltone Firmenich
Musk, a sweet, animalic, powdery Powerful musky odor, very similar to that of Muscone (Methylcyclopentadecanone) and, in the opinion of many perfumers, superior in type and beauty. It ranks among the finest and most efficient fixatives known, and like Cyclopentadecanolide it improves the wearability of a perfume when properly incorporated in the fragrance. Its power becomes more perceptible and evident in extreme dilution, e.g. below one percent in the perfume oil

😆I did that when the brand first came out . The musk complexity bottle is so pretty , I personally got too much cinnamon from it initially, but now I want to give it a go again . The way the bottle reflects light irl and in photographs was enough to not make me mad about it 😂. I truly hope you enjoy it and love it , everyones skin and tastes are different.💛
I always get so excited when you guys showcase these new houses for us. This brand seems interesting and I really like those bottles - simple but they stand out in their own way. I'll have to check these out. Cocktail Maracuja, Erotika Minimale, and Musk Complexity will likely be my faves. Thanks for all the info.

Ooh I like the sound of some of these.
I like a watery aquatic fragrance, like fresh, dewy, watery floral scent, but marine and sea notes, I think it is very often calone type molecules that put so many of us off

I've smelled 5-6 of their fragrances and from all of them I've enjoyed more Latte di cherry and Queen of the sea. Not sure if I'd buy a bottle, but the scents were pleasant and now I am curious about their newest release, Latte mimosa. Thank you for the review!
I found the fragrances from this house unacceptably challenging. So many other fragrances in this overcrowded niche worth migrating to.
They have the best sprayers gives a good mist of perfume

Lost cherry layered with rouge smoking is beautiful. I’m interested in the vanilla caramel and the musk complexity sounds interesting, sounds like fall to me.

I find New Notes a bit overrated, for lack of a better term. And the aesthetic slightly resembling Byredo (except for the square design) is a super no for me
