- This was the first song of the night from the Revolver special seen in the other videos. We began the night with 2 of the songs from the "Revolver" sessions that never made the album...this one started the night off...many thanks to Felix on the desk for his handiwork with the vocal effects :)
you can feel the love...well done lads
Very good work man! I enjoyed it a lot, the lead guitar was awesome, and the lead singer also did a great job at reproducing an amazing Beatles recording, and i loved the Australian accent!
Yay! I was there... it was awesome. I especially loved your "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" rendition at the end of the night. All around me all I could see was people swaying to the music. You guys rock and I hope you go to Liverpool next year, because I will be there!
Great job Beatels got it right even down to the original instrumentation
Brilliant cover
Thanks theHouseCat...it was a fun night :) We enjoyed "She's So Heavy" too!
Thanks...we're from Sydney Australia :)
Thanks...
Best version I've heard since the original mono single.
FAVORITED
Thanks gasbomb75..re: those backing vocals - it's from the French nursery rhyme, Frere Jacques...
good for tackling a song whose vocal complexity (among others such as 'nowhere man') was one of the reasons the beatles stopped performing live.
Wow sooo good! I hope you tour near me, are you still touring? I'm in the Blue Mountains so it would be so exciting!
Hi @kevthejester79...did the Cavern in 2004...loved it...
Delicious.
nice vocal!
Thanks for the offer MoontideJM...love to! Just ask your local promoter to book us some gigs :)
That's really really good, guys! Out of curiosity, what do they actually in the backing vocals during the verse? It's always bugged me.... Great post!!
go beatles
Thanks MEBUUS :)
top stuff have you played at the cavern yet how much for a wedding booking
hey your version is so good
Who are these guys? Where are they from? There GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!
hi guys iv never seen any other singers doing beatles songs so well!! btw do you gig around oz only or are you guys touring?regards from ireland.
There goes the neighbourhood!
The Beatles didn't stop touring because of Paperback Writer or Nowhere man. They are not that difficult to sing. Proof: the Beatles played those songs in many concerts.
Hey c'mon - that's Art :)
Sounded real good, but I could do without the swirly whirly visual effects, mate.
Buncha longhairs.....
@kcirdrab There's a pretty high demand for Beatles cover bands, especially because John and George are dead and Ringo and Paul are washed up. This performance is especially impressive because of the difficult and complex vocals. Unless you can do better, don't criticize an artist for their work.
