One of the mayors kids reported abuse charges to a teacher at school. The teacher reported it to the principal who happens to be a family friend, his former campaign manager, head of the city Democrat group. Instead of going to the authorities as required by law, she went to the mayor and his wife. After stating she went to child protective services
