Yeah I was about to say that he kept getting penalties because he was pushing Steve and then getting the wrong lines into corners due to being too close and getting the dirty air...

Same. There is that handful of fast Brazilian drivers with tremendous race craft.
That was cool. Reminds me of K. Katagiri and M. Beckenbauer alliance in MF Ghost's Seaside Double Lane race.
Props to the drivers in the second lobby, especially the Brazilian in the blue Vette. Smart, clean, fun racing all around.

I played this race last night and had an awesome time. Apart from the chicane, lots of space for racing and overtaking.
Honestly there has been some great gr. 4 combos over the run of the game. I find they make for closer racing a lot of the time too. Being that bit slower people have more time to react and make decisions
Gr.4 also don't go for the shadow realm if you step wrong on the throttle.
Except the Alfa Romeo 4C.

I agree, this race was a blast!! I had 4 dirty drivers but I got back in front of 3 of them. One heeded his position to me.
The blue Vette knew it was more advantageous to him if he helped you catch back up rather than fight you and neither one of you catch the McLaren.
Brilliant race Steve. RIP to that supra guy must've been in turmoil after.

I didnt know about pit requirement, finished 1st, but got penalty so big it dropped me to last

right now, i have an xbox and playstation and gt7 is on sale. i have game pass so i have forza motorsport, so should i get gt7? should i wait until gt8?
I think the pit is a little bit before the finish line. Can you pit at the end of the race and save time since you wouldn’t have to accelerate and regroup?

I really struggle to see why you tried to challenge the 650 through the chicane, when he had a penalty and you were saying about the benefits of working together the lap prior. Could have just bump drafted and gained a couple tenths and get the free overtake a few corners later?

I’ll never quite understand why the Bugatti Veyron is a group 4 car. Isn’t that car like hyper fast or some shit?
Doesn't matter. Car removed like three turbos and put restrictors there. Then goes with the weight reduction. Overall, faster but boaty.
the diff between group 3/4 is less about how fast the car is to begin with and more about how much it is race prep'd; ie brakes aero suspension etc...
