Side characters tend to have pretty rich lives. Billy and White are side characters, the Pirate Captain is a side character, Phantom Limb is a side character.
so 24 took the stairs and somehow managed to get to the car early enough to put the windows up before the other 2 took the super fast slide
Think of it like a waterslide. You really think the monarch isnt the type to have a bunch of unneeded twists, turns maybe even a few loops because it "looks cool" If his command center is at the top, then there could be a mile of slide wrapping around the cocoon. Plenty of time to take the stairs.
it can't be a straight drop, it probably has a specified angle of slope to prevent hyper levels of momentum
i.e. accessibility downramp vs jumping off a building
