HOW DOES ZADAR COMPARE TO THE REST OF CROATIA? | #Croatia in 30 days
Join us as we visit Zadar, Croatia in this travel guide covering some of the best attractions and top things to do in the city. Located along Dalmatian coast overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Zadar happens to be the oldest continuously inhabited city in Croatia. Considering our extensive travels in Europe this year, I would say the Old Town of Zadar is the most walkable we've experienced and also where you'll find fascinating attractions such as the sea organ as well as Venetian and Roman ruins.
10 Things to do in Zadar City Tour | Croatia Travel Guide:
(Hrvatska)
1) Queen Jelena Madijevka Park + Land Gate (main entrance to old town of Zadar)
2) Five Wells Sqaure (Trg 5 Bunara)
3) Roman Forum
4) Church of St. Donatus (Crkva svetog Donata)
5) Bell Tower of St Anastasija's Cathedral (Katedrala sv. Stošije)
6) Sea Organ (Morske orgulje)
7) Lunch at Konoba Skoblar for truffle gnocchi
8) Catching Sunset in Zadar
9) Greeting of the Sun / Sun Salutation (Pozdrav suncu)
10) Explore the city at night (Outro)

We are Eleise and Lawrence & Nyh - A young family from the south of England. Like many people the pandemic gave us a shake up! While watching hours of Mark Weins in Thailand - We had our “Ah ha” Moment. We decided we wanted to travel.
Enjoying working for ourselves, we didn’t want to give up our business and decided it was entirely possible for us to do both. So we set about making it our lifestyle to work in the UK for a month, and then travel for a month - month on, month off…. until our little boy Nyh goes to school! We want to inspire people that you don’t have to up-sticks, sell all your belongings and leave behind family to be able to see the world.
Our Philosophy. Work, Travel, Repeat.

Came across your travel vlog when planning hols to Krk - you are so much fun!
Prams - only in the UK you'd still see 3 to 4 year olds in those, while everywhere in Europe pram is forgotten after 2. It's considered by a lot as being lazy, probably hence why people won't "get out of the way"
You can visit old city of Pag or Nin if you are still near Zadar. Maskovica han in Vrana is also nice place
🖤 Thank you for your recommendations
Stunning city. I'll be in Greece next month woo

That would be amazing!!! 🖤
Hi 👋🏻
In this video you say Rovinj is your favourite place so far, but I believe this was when you had only visited Zadar, Zagreb, Pula and Rovinj.
What would you say your favourite was of the Croatia trip in it’s entirety?
😊
Loving the videos by the way, love the combination of information on history, food, prices, atmosphere etc a lot of videos are heavily based on one subject, personally I think you’re doing a fab job of giving a full picture on each area👍🏻
Wow!! Thank you so much Angela. What a lovey comment to make ☺️🤗. We’ll do a video on which area we liked the best but it will be difficult. All of them had great things about them. I guess it would depend on the reason we were going… all rounder I would say Split. Charm I would say Pula… beauty I would say Rovinj… 😅🖤🖤🖤
And thank you again for such a lovely comment… that’s made our day 🖤

Hey Kim
🇭🇷❤️
What a bit pisses me is when people travel to Cro, they NEVER travel east from ZG. It's always zg or shore. Different Croatia is on east
Liz Hurley look a like. But prettier ,you're a lucky man.
Since Croats came, Zadar once called Iadera in Roman times, as all of the other cities along the Croatian side of Adriatic coast became Croatian cities :) Sibenik is the only city which was built from scratch by Croats. Also you probably don't know most of the cities along the coast were actually under Eastern Roman Empire long before Venetian crooked merchants came, which were btw of Gallic origin before SPQR took them out. For example on Korcula Island (Korkyra..the place where Odysseus got lost under some theories about wild sea and Otranto strait being so unpredictable ;) ) there is little what's left from Venetian rule and its bcs of Mussolini. They hated Italy so much. They were Croats felt it that way :) Cheers!
