always has been, that's why I could never really get into this show. I tried in the beginning but his cackling and ego and just non-stop relentless promotion while being an absolute opportunist at all times is beyond annoying, it's almost like 2b1c really exposes him for what he is which is more of a businessman than an actual comedian. it gets to be highly agitating very quickly. I just noticed that Dana was on here and wanted to see how he reacted to Bert, dana went out of his way to be nice while also kind of slapping him around, towards the end you can see he's starting to get very aggravated by him and Tom is just sitting there looking embarrassed.
How? It's their show. It's been like this from day one.. It got big because of them two together. It just works. Create one thing in your life besides boogers

Hearing Dana say he doesn’t get onto his employees about being late, taking time off to do shit with their kids / etc that is the best way to run a business IMO. When your employees enjoy working there, they are more productive
