Try combining HIIT workouts and walking workouts for at least one hour every day to support your goals while avoiding squats. Plus, you need balanced nutrition-without that, it's nearly impossible to achieve a flat stomach. Focus on a diet rich in whole foods, lean proteins, healthy fats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
