    Thanks for the workouts, but for me,it was an 85% of arm work out, can you give me a link of your work out which will really touch & help me burn my stomach fat without squat.

      Body fat reduction cannot be targeted to specific areas, as spot reduction isn't possible. However, incorporating full-body workouts and maintaining a caloric deficit can help reduce overall body fat, including in the stomach area. Try combining HIIT workouts and walking workouts for at least one hour every day to support your goals while avoiding squats. Plus, you need balanced nutrition-without that, it's nearly impossible to achieve a flat stomach. Focus on a diet rich in whole foods, lean proteins, healthy fats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
