thank you so very much for this knee friendly workout! I have been inactive and home bound for 6 yrs. other knee friendly work outs weren't that knee friendly and others were too easy. this is perfect! i am so grateful. I can follow along all the moves and i don't dread pushing play! i've actually been looking forward to working out every day! I hope to work up to your more challenging workouts! i have been so inactive i've lost some movement in my toes and have very poor circulation. i've been feeling less depressed and have more energy since starting your workouts 3 days ago.

To achieve 5000 steps, it's best to check how many steps you complete in one round of the workout. If one round doesn't reach 5000 steps, doing it twice could help you reach that goal. You can track your steps with a fitness tracker or step-counting app to see how close you are after one session.
