This is one amazing airbrush. Very forgiving and easy to clean and disassemble. My Patriot does 95% of my work and the other 3 airbrushes are a Sparmax, Sotar 20/20 and a Harder Steinbeck Infinity !

One aspect I like about Badger airbrushes (at least for my 155 Anthem) is that no tools are required for assembly or disassembly. Every thing is just finger tightened. Plus the fact that the trigger pressure is adjustable. I really love my Anthem 155.

I am a model railroader too. I use the Badger 155 Anthem and really love my airbrush. I use mine to paint freight cars and locos. Works really well for a nice thin, even coat.

When screwing the tip retainer on my brand new patriot, there is a 1/16in gap between the gasket and the head. I cant screw it further, not without heavy force and risking breaking the threads. Is this normal?
