I'm graduating from university this December and I'm from NYC so I thought of doing a Blair inspired ice skating graduation photoshoot in central park and the Cornelia outfit would've been so perfect!!!
I really enjoyed seeing all the extras and hearing the “Gossip Girl” influences that went into designing these pieces! I love that you spend so much energy putting in extra quality details to allow the wearer to feel luxurious, beautifully put together and confident! I can’t decide between the Cornelia and Columbia as my favorite! I think a matching cape helps the Cornelia get top billing, as I love coordinating pieces! Oh my gosh 😍 the new collection looks gorgeous!! Not a critique of your work ( I sadly haven’t held one of those beauties in my hands) but a construction tip : you could look into vintage sewing techniques. They tend to solve a lot of my problems when designing or making a garment. Things like hidden adjustable waist bands - basically elastics with buttonholes - and drawstrings in the décolleté seams make standard/ pre-sized garments slightly more mouldable to the body. I know that ever extra work step costs money and needs to be paid for but sometimes it’s quite worth the hassle 🙃🥰 Also I’m really wondering if you ever heard of Japanese , Lolita‘ fashion?? It has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BOOK ( sorry for the caps lock 😅just wanted to stress it’s a bit lost in translation and has no relation to the book/film ) I think you would really enjoy the style, especially the classic Lolita brands or brands like Liz Lisa & Ank Rouge 💜

I actually like your skating outfit more than Blair’s. I could see the cape being most popular. I am 54 years old. I prefer to wear midi dresses due to being more age appropriate. The cape would be appropriate for any age group. Just something to think about.
My first dress is the Cornelia from this collection because I love that style and have been looking for a cape set for the longest time. I’d assume that your items are going to sell out and do a full stock because your brand was made with the intention of selling out. So, because of the assumption that a matching item wouldn’t, doing a preorder means many of us are waiting 2 months to have the items ship. You’ll get the hang of it, but you definitely have a larger audience than you think!
Yay! I know you’ll love it so much! Basically because I am funding everything myself, and the dresses are SO expensive to make, I actually can’t really afford to have tonnes of stock lying around, because I need the return on investment to be able to roll over into the next collections (otherwise I will have to keep putting more and more of my own money in each time) and then we can also use the profit to grow the numbers slightly each time. It will probably takes a few years for me to get out of this cycle, but it’s very normal for new businesses!

Hi Freddy, I think you’re dresses are absolutely beautiful and you did a wonderful job designing them. I even ended up getting the Coco and Fay dress! However, the Fay dress was too big for me, and I therefore decided to keep the Coco dress and send back the Fay. However, when I went to mail it, they said shipping would be around $244 (more than the dress itself). So I went to the support section on your website and asked if I could pay for a return ticket since small companies usually have a discount and it would be more affordable to send it back to you. They said they would not be able to and I’m sure there is a reason. However, I wanted to give a little feedback since those who buy a dress and are not able to return it considering the cost may prevent individuals from purchasing future orders. I know this is a new company and you are still working some things out, but I’m hoping this will change in the future so I can continue to buy Flossy dresses! Thank you!

The funny thing is I started watching the episodes leading up to Blair’s line “B for Waldorf” and I noticed the blazers had a crest with a bee on it for queen B. I love love love the flossy brand!! Everything is sooo well thought and executed to the last detail ❤ my only small constructive feedback would be on the constance dress. It has a plethora of feminine details which are amazing so instead of the pink shade, which of course is iconic for freddy, i would imagine it been more wearable in an office environment for example if it had a black skirt or any dark colour such as dark green, dark blue..or perhaps a light blue, grey-blue? .. something besides pink at least to balace the femininity of the shape and cut 👀
I would LOVE if Santinni made a coat version of the cape! The cape is beautiful but I would not wear it because it would be way too cold here in Stockholm.

Basically because I am funding everything myself, and the dresses are SO expensive to make, I actually can’t really afford to have tonnes of stock lying around, because I need the return on investment to be able to roll over into the next collections (otherwise I will have to keep putting more and more of my own money in each time) and then we can also use the profit to grow the numbers slightly each time. It will probably takes a few years for me to get out of this cycle, but it’s very normal for new businesses!

Hi Freddy, I think you’re dresses are absolutely beautiful and you did a wonderful job designing them. I even ended up getting the Coco and Fay dress! However, the Fay dress was too big for me, and I therefore decided to keep the Coco dress and send back the Fay. However, when I went to mail it, they said shipping would be around $244 (more than the dress itself). So I went to the support section on your website and asked if I could pay for a return ticket since small companies usually have a discount and it would be more affordable to send it back to you. They said they would not be able to and I’m sure there is a reason. However, I wanted to give a little feedback since those who buy a dress and are not able to return it considering the cost may prevent individuals from purchasing future orders. I know this is a new company and you are still working some things out, but I’m hoping this will change in the future so I can continue to buy Flossy dresses! Thank you!

I found that through your videos I’ve been able to replicate her style in a way that is more “wearable” and me. The Cornelia set is absolutely stunning. I have always wanted the ice skate outfit. The funny thing is I started watching the episodes leading up to Blair’s line “B for Waldorf” and I noticed the blazers had a crest with a bee on it for queen B. And I didn’t know how intentional that was in the marketing or if it’s just the obvious connection to make or if I’m just a gossip girl obsessive because I was out here guessing the names of the dresses as they were coming 😂

It is a fabulous collection! Every since piece is stunning! I got all of the dresses and the cape. By the time i checked out, the cape was sold out in s/m so i grabbed it on the smallest size. I hope it will fit me since i usually wear s/xs. I cant wait for the dresses to be delivered! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

I love love love the flossy brand!! Everything is sooo well thought and executed to the last detail ❤ my only small constructive feedback would be on the constance dress. It has a plethora of feminine details which are amazing so instead of the pink shade, which of course is iconic for freddy, i would imagine it been more wearable in an office environment for example if it had a black skirt or any dark colour such as dark green, dark blue..or perhaps a light blue, grey-blue? .. something besides pink at least to balace the femininity of the shape and cut 👀
I would LOVE if Santinni made a coat version of the cape! The cape is beautiful but I would not wear it because it would be way too cold here in Stockholm.
