Love your brand messaging that being feminine does not mean you're one-dimensional! One suggestion for your next product launch is to include a model with natural hair. As a girly girl with naturally curly/coily hair it's oftentimes uninspiring to see a ton of images of very feminine outfits styled with straight hair (even if that straight hair is curled). I think it would align with your brand messaging if you showed that feminine styles look beautiful on all body and hair types.

I 2nd this! I’m 31 a mother of two and even though I’m a size 10 I don’t feel like I can comfortably wear shorter dresses anymore. I feel my best wearing slightly longer I also think it’s more classy for the older women 👍🏻
If I didn't have a fashion degree and didn't just buy €300 in (amongst others) deadstock Zimmerman fabric to make my own outfits with, I would definitely get one of these! The only thing I find unfortunate is the fabric of the boucle/Coco dress - the upper is a synthetic or fossil fuel fiber blend, acrylic, polyester and nylon/polyamide, which isn't stated to be recycled and blends of 3 or more different types of fibers are also very hard to impossible to recycle, so in terms of full life cycle sustainability that isn't particularly great. Maybe try to find a +70% wool and -30% nylon boucle next time if possible, as that is much more recyclable but has a similar feel and quality. However, they look well-made and there are a lot of steps one can take to lengthen the life of their clothing before recycling, such as wearing it with love!
Totaly agree with you talking about the fabric of the Coco dress. I love how this dress look but as soon as I saw that is made out of a mix of artifitial garments I lost the interest to buy it. The fact that the lining is out of cotton is realy awesome but what's the point of that when you still can't breath in this dress? I hate all the fancy dresses at any price points that are made out of literaly plastic! I just can't stand be dressed in a plastic bag and sweat and smell like hell after an hour wearing it. As I said the dress is adorable and would be perfect when it would be made of natural fibers at least 60%. I'm sure it would not cost much more in that case. Hopefully Freddy reads the comments and conciders better quality fibers for the future garments. For now must say I'm a bit desappointed 😞
I'm relieved I'm not the only one to find it appalling that clothing made out of plastic and synthetic fibers is still a thing 🤦🏾♀️ Especially "high end" brands 🤦🏾♀️
@@logikgirl12 the pink dress is also made out of a cotton-polyester blend, but that's more breathable, more recyclacle (the recyclability goes down a lot between a blend of two fibers versus 3 fibers) and as it's taffeta, the alternatives would be fully synthetic and sweaty plastic bag or silk and immediately at a luxury pricepoint, so that's understandable.
A restock in XS will be needed because I was late to the launch and I want everything! I am so so glad you finally have your own brand, Freddy! It is absolutely gorgeous and girly! Love it!

I use to do this in my 20s. Now, you know about how much the future dresses might cost, you can save your $$$. I use to buy one dress twice a year-one at winter time for Christmas. One for spring-my birthday. Then my wardrobe just added up overtime, but my wardrobe was beautiful. I say was because now I’m 54.
I was worried about the pricing also, but tbh it’s not bad. As in it’s doable, you can save for it and maybe get it in a month, not like Zimmerman & Gucci prices that the regular working class person that works like a dog for pennies just can’t afford or justify saving for it and then blowing it all on one item from a luxury brand - I always do this then chicken out because I get the money saved and think… Am I really prepared to drop 1.2k on a bag? When I could go on holiday or not worry about bills for another month or go on a nice meal somewhere - nope, I cannot 😂

When I was your age, I only bought Laura Ashley dresses. This was in the 90s. I believe I paid anywhere from $140 to $200 for one dress. I also think the one collection per season is a good idea. My friend use to work at a Laura Ashley store and only get clothes at one time in a season. She would call me when they came in, and I had saved my money to buy new dress a season. I use to do this in my 20s. Now, you know about how much the future dresses might cost, you can save your $$$. I use to buy one dress twice a year-one at winter time for Christmas. One for spring-my birthday. Then my wardrobe just added up overtime, but my wardrobe was beautiful. I say was because now I’m 54.
I was worried about the pricing also, but tbh it’s not bad. As in it’s doable, you can save for it and maybe get it in a month, not like Zimmerman & Gucci prices that the regular working class person that works like a dog for pennies just can’t afford or justify saving for it and then blowing it all on one item from a luxury brand - I always do this then chicken out because I get the money saved and think… Am I really prepared to drop 1.2k on a bag? When I could go on holiday or not worry about bills for another month or go on a nice meal somewhere - nope, I cannot 😂
Thanks to the « Encore » that is coming on the 31th and the fact that I saved for it, I will soon be a Flossy Girl! 😍

When I was your age, I only bought Laura Ashley dresses. This was in the 90s. I believe I paid anywhere from $140 to $200 for one dress. I also think the one collection per season is a good idea. My friend use to work at a Laura Ashley store and only get clothes at one time in a season. She would call me when they came in, and I had saved my money to buy new dress a season.
