900 to 950 per square meter. Um.. I just closed on 2.6 hectares (26,000 sq. m) for 50 pesos psm. Clean title. Guys? Wacha doin'? (Also shhhh... there are places remote but close to nice, non-touristy cities where asking prices on sizeable lots are 10-20 pesos).
when all the lots are sold the lawyer will present the paper work ,,the land has already been divided and all paper work for sub is in order and ready to summit
@@jimf937 your answer is not correct (land owership aka (clean title) has nothing to do with subdivision approval (ask a lawyer this,,, just as we did ) but thank you for your comment keep up the questions maybe we can clear more things up thanks again
Can you clarify cost of your original landlocked property? Sometimes you talk about the cost you paid as 300-400/sqm and sometimes you say 600. I want to know what price is really possible. Thank you
yes all the prices i state are correct It all depends on the location the type of view mountian or ocean views (no views) how far water is from lots and if you can (at all ) get a easement in a later date for the lots and what will the cost be to get the easement ( this is why we have a large range of prices thanks
@@jimf937I don't know if you used the term "boondocks" intentionally, but it comes from the Tagalog word "bundok", meaning; mountainous or rural areas.

What I am wondering is why only you guys in the Philippines are selling land on youtube? There are many countries around the world, and I do not understand why land is, for sale just in the Philippines on youtube. I saw land, for sale in my country, and some other countries, but most of what I saw was not, for sale on youtube.
@@roseinthephilippines5835 I found an interesting video on the internet, and it is about the Philippines. I watched a Philippina say foreigners cannot own land in the Philippines, so why are you trying to sell land in the Philippines to people living around the world? The Philippina has said the only way a foreigner can own land in the Philippines is to marry a Philippina, and if seperation happens then the land goes to the wife. Hopefully foreigners do a lot of research before considering to invest in land from the Philippines. I saved the video of a Philippina talking about buying land in the Philippines, and she is warning foreigners to not buy land.

Nice price! Is there more property like yours?
So the subdivision has not been approved yet, as the divisions are not settled, correct?
That's a good question.
No approved subdivision, no title.

Less than 3 acres, in the Philippine boondocks, for 208k.
Unbelievably high price.
