Tim and Rose I loved that 5,000 sqm lot for 1200 pesos a sqm . Tim does that mean the for sale price Clear Title and all is 6,000,000 million pesos or around $115,000 just under for a clear title 5,000 sqm lot. Also I understand what you said about buy it split it up and recoup some of your money back. That means I would keep about 2k sqm for my self and sell the other 3k sqm .That is smart Tim and Rose Thanks for showing this property.
6 million plus 3% buyer fee and 40thosand lawyer fees to do all paper work for the title work in manila the buyer gets hit with all the fees here in this place lol
From my experience, a person needs to know the measurements of their home and buy square meters accordingly. Unlike the west, it seems in the Philippines that there are no setbacks. I have seen many houses only maybe 5 meters apart which is just over 15 feet. Many of us foreigners do not have $ 100,000 for a big building lot.
Hi Tim & Rose..is 1,200 sqm is 900 per sqm? I don’t need a big lot. I just want 1,200 enough for house & garden. Can I have your contact. Do they accept. Bank loan payment?
I not understand you what you mean by bank loan payment. Are you going to the bank and get a loan from them and then pay us in full We do not finance the properties. All properties must be paid in. Full at time of closing. I hope this helps.
I might be interested. Just wanted to clarify a couple of things... 1) My Filipina wife would have to go to the bank there in the Philippines to get the loan. I assume that's what you mean when you so you can go into the bank to get a loan for the purchase. She could. 2) Why i this one more than the other deals you have put together? 3) Water access. I saw where you ran a house to a creek where there is an easement and you pipe your water to your house. Same here? Can't you catch rain water runoff from the house and store in a tank? 4) How do you handle sewer? Do you have a septic tank and leach field for that? 5) How can I contact you? Dave
