  • Do this before squatting or really anytime you feel like it. ✅
    The kneeling hip flexor stretch is a great way to get the hips warmed up before leg day.
    Most people’s hips are extremely tight because of all the sitting done in a day, so adding in hip mobility exercises help a ton.
    Here is one I always do, and some tips to help:
    🔥 Begin with a 90 degree angle
    🔥 Bring your knee forward, past your toes if possible
    🔥 Keep your heel down the entire time

    Is is the first video I have seen from you which is dope but are you willing to make some more with stretching and stability hip exercises that would be awesome. Thanks for the video man

    Just do practice a 5 times prayer everyday and u fix all of ur probl3ms
