Not bad, bro. The video shows the concept of how to fix the issue so many people have. Can you spend 100 man hours sanding it better, yeah...but that's not the point of the video. Worth the watch
Ugh I wanted to do a quick wrap job on my hood but after watching this video I know not to do it quick bc if I let it look like that on my truck I would hate it even more personally! I guess this video is motivational in its own way 😂

Was all you used to sand it smooth the 320 grit?
Yeah. Just to smooth out the rough edges and peeling clear coat. This is far from perfect. Just a quickie to keep the truck looking decent until a full paint job.
Should you prime it after sanding it..
As long as there is no bare metal showing, no need to prime it when wrapping.

Dude that is not bad at all but my 2002 Tundra is all scaly, it looks like it has fuqen leprosy or psoriasis the damn truck but man you did a pretty good job on yours

I can't believe people lay wrap like this. You needed to sand that down more, you needed to apply the wrap differently. You could have made that look amazing with slightly more effort. No extra cost, just more effort on your part. Terrible job, sorry, but I'm just being honest. You should be ashamed of that work.
