i moved to spring hill fl from pompano beach fl in 2002 lived off of mariner blvd 20:02 my house was backed up to the boy scout camp so ther were no neighbors behind me. yeah sink holes were a big problem. i left fla in 2006 after we had 4 hurricanes in 2 weeks. i came back to spring hill again in 2015. and boy it went downhill. there are no jobs in that area. thats why most people take the suncoast down to tampa for work. yeah alot of new yorkers there.

Mobed back to spring hill in 2013 to help take care of my ailing parents. But coukdnt fine work over 16 hrs a week amd i had over 20 hrs exp in my field. Moved my parents into my home. In texas till they passed. I wemt down to bushnell to bury my parents. Ran down to pompano for a weekend. Its changed alot!! Would i move back to fla no. North ga or south carolina.

Have you ever checked out Bushnell by chance? I've never been there, but I know it's about roughly midway between Ocala and Tampa. Not sure how the town is. We went through Brooksville back in 2012. Seemed pretty small. Hard to even believe a big spiraling city like Spring Hill is right there next to it.
There is no traffic in Tampa tho, it's dead he says. What the heck is going on here. Go to sig alert on rush hour or look at the active police and fire calls in Pinellas or Hillsborough Counties; There is a very high volume of incident reports in both Counties.
Downtown areas throughout America have slowed due to remote working, it's not just The City of Tampa, But the traffic counts are still extremely high in the Tampa Bay urban core, Due to retirees and tourism, supply chain-related organizations, and the people that still commute to work, the data is clearly available by FDOT for this information. You do a good job on your videos, the Fort Myers ones are really good I lived there as well as Tampa and they are credible. The Lehigh one is perfect and agree 100 percent on those. But I just had an issue with the Tampa one because of the current information I had available to me. Keep up the good work, just had concerns with that one.

Looks dull honestly. Wouldn't wanna move to Spring Hill. No beaches despite being a coastal town, and not worth it with all the sinkholes popping up there either. Also, the design and planning of the city itself looks super lazy. Looks like no thought or care at all was put into designing that place. Just a bunch of squiggles with a couple of shopping centers and chain restaurants here and there. It's like they just plotted it out and said "here we go, here's a city". Country areas around Hernando and Citrus are very beautiful though. I've also always wanted to visit Weekie Wachee.
Weeki wachee river is nice but it doesn’t make it worth it to live in that town. It was a nightmare living there as a kid. I mean that genuinely. Also you can’t even swim in the weeki wachee anymore bc the tourists ruined it

Yep! Except there are often some authentic local joints mixed in with the chains in those strip malls and half empty shopping centers..
