Very nice build of a beautiful aircraft. Always admired the swept wing design. Natural metal finish always makes me nervous, but you pulled it off well. Good to hear that you are becoming more comfortable with it, through practice. Just ordered a pot of the Vallejo Metal Color "Aluminum" for an Airfix 1/72 P51 in my line up. Anxious to try it ! Once again, great job my friend. 😊👍 Think I will pick up the Airfix Mig, looks like a fun kit
I am currently bilding this kit for a group bild compition at modle club but everyone except me are complaining about the fit I have zero problems with the fit tho it did sand the circle detail's on the top not fun to put them back in doing the red nose powder coat sceam and every shade on this plane I had to mix and it was a pain with the tamia paint's but yea this is a pretty good kit I hope I win
@@yorkshiremanmodelsthe competition was yesterday and I achuly did end up winning it there were 9 other mig's entered my mate Graham wanted it to be ME 262's so he painted his mig to look like a german 262 and called it The MEig 262-17
Awsome little kit...built both this boxing in N.V.A.F markings and the other PZL licence built boxing in East German markings....the ONLY problem i had with it is even though i filled the area where it tells you to add nose weight with liqiud gravity they are both tail sitters

Thank you! Cheers!
Some Vietnamese Mig-17s were all over silver so i did mine that way....couldn't be bothered with the camo pattern
didnt know that but i may still get another just to do the green camo as i think it looks great
@yorkshiremanmodels it does ...but the all over silver is quicker and easier to paint.
