    Prefer the talking style video but that is just my opinion. One thing I did want to say is that I think your presentation, approach to your audience and just your general attitude toward the kits and building them is absolutely brilliant. No pretence, no down talking. just awesome mate, keep it up :)

    Love the Airfix starter kits! Think I’ll stick with brush painting in 1/72 scale, a lot less clean up required.

    Great stuff, thanks for the build, I've bought one of those airbrushes but not tried it yet - did you really airbrush the Humbrol paints out of the little pots? I tried that once and it took ages to unclog the airbrush - how much did you thin? Finally which Windsor and Newton Matt varnish do you use?

    • @yorkshiremanmodels
      @yorkshiremanmodels  2 года назад

      I didn't thin the humbrol 66 and that was the underside paint
      The others I thinned with Mr colour leveling thinner about 70% paint to 30% thinner
      Windsor Newton galeria acrylic mediums Matt varnish
      Comes in a 250ml bottle and it's yellow colour label

    Position of my Aldi airbrush was OK,
    I can turn the brush and still have an O ring seal so I can use my thumb rather than my first finger.
    I bet you could use PTFE tape and make your own seal with the button at the front; if the O ring seal was not working.
