My personal favorite is 'Sakamoto Cultivation Market' in the system Duwali'. It's a tiny settlement which makes it easier to raid, little to no protection and since its a small settlement the cmd centre is in the pwr centre. Even if things go south, you'll manage. A couple of mostly harmless guards and some reasearchers with pistols.
I do the same thing at a small Agri Settlement where I take out the alarms, then shutdown the power and grab the regulator. I take some notoriety, but this is not a concern.
Hey, thank you for the vid! I'm new to Odyssey so this was super helpful. What kind of weapons are you using in this vid? They seem to pack a really big punch. Thanks!
Hi Andi, thank you for the kind words, im running with a Manticore Executioner as main and a Manticore Tormentor as a side arm. Both are upgraded to 5 , the side arm once upgraded to 5 will two shot shielded guards and is very nice for clearing complex's as its rate of fire and reload speed is not too bad.
@@StewiePlaysPC Ahh okay! Thanks for the response. May I ask how exactly you found all the materials to upgrade those weapons? I’ve seen the option at the weapon stores, but have never found any of those resources other than power regulators.

Which settlement are you using i can't seem to hear what you said I obviously wouldn't do this in my new home system which lacks natural light due to very high orbit
Hi EvilMcZombie , the location is Arai's Mine in the Iah Bulu system, im not sure how to boost the sound once the video is live sadly , but i have altered the sound levels on my latest video.
If kills go all to your ranks.. i prefer the most silent sneaky way.. just bombard the whole settlement with Rockets and once all outside are dead i kill em inside :)
Sadly in testing i found firing missiles will not affect ranking " though it will count towards a conflict kill count for unlocking and credit farming" only on foot kills add to both ranks ...until they fix this lol .
youtube wont let me reply to the other message for some odd reason so ill reply on this one, to avoid fines target an anarchy faction , as long as you don't set off the alarms you should not get any fines.

I mag dump thse guys with every weapon I have and never do they die this fast, and always sound the alarm lol. EDIT: I"ll still leave a like, but fuck this fucking game and this fucking expansion lol
All this can be dun with the power tool set to overload to zap npc's , its classed as a silent kill . I would always upgrade a weapon first , regulators would come after my tormentor is maxed for stealth kills. There is a short video covering this in grade one gear here ruclips.net/video/C0RJ9ezeO9k/видео.html
Its funny how killing 8 or 9 people, (innocent btw) is always better than a fine. Fines suck. But people on the other hand, well what good are they? Rofl 🤣 This game...
Remember to use an anarchy settlement and don't set off the alarms to avoid any fines.

I assume doing this on anarchy systems mean we don't get bounty or notoriety right ?
Yes that is correct.

Logging no longer respawns loot
The power core should always respawn as long as the settlement has not switched into an abandoned state.
