This may be hard for newer players, but u can use the powerplay to double the bond payouts. I have 1.5 billion in bonds right now...but really 3 billion when turned in since im rank 5 in powerplay.
It depends on what you like to do. I like exploring and mining out in deep space so its worth it for me. The pro is that you can move around all of your ships at once and it can jump super far. The con is the price and maintenance
The fleet carrier owners set prices to buy and sell on the carrier and because you are buying for missions you need a good chunk of change to buy commodities needed.
i have the game from 2015. I played a lot, with pauses. But recently i got into exobiology and got out of the bubble for 2,3 days. I got nearly 600 millions. From experience, even mining ( and i love mining) can t beat that in 2,3 days. My only regret is that i made some very good money before the nerfing but i hate that i did not rushed for void opals and painite. Now is too late.
Actually, The Cutter is the largest capacity cargo liner.
Huh I don't know how I didn't notice that, or forgot. Thanks for pointing it out

Subbed.
Great work, commander.
Nice video! Keep the Elite Dangerous content coming! o7!
Did you exclude mining because everyone knows already? I always point people to laser mining to make easy money.
Yeah mining is good, but I find that its not necessarily the best, still a good option tho
Why should I have one or not? Is there a pro and con? They sound very expansive.

That is a pretty decent guide. One question, what do you need the billion for? Is it just to buy and outfit one of the larger cargo ships?

Well the Typ8 is not yet freely avilable.
Yeah thats a big pain point for now until it releases for credits. Its hard to recommend medium pad ships when the type 8 is "technically" available

Thats awesome. Exo is by far the best way to make stupid amount of credits. I wish I was playing actively when mining was super big too.
