- I've found a secluded Power Centre in a tourist settlement which allows for an easy 15 minute gameplay loop to gather suit schematics, weapon schematics, power regulators, ionised gas and more.

If your doing same settlement just grab the codes from the computer for the locked boxes and write em on a piece of paper, always same codes on one settlement. I write code:x, the x is the number of the container

My first try, got into that fight with the first security, then all the ones from the other side across from the landing pad DID come after me, and their turret was firing at me. I eventually died.

What is your preferred method for obtaining Carbon Fibre & Titanium Plating?
At this site, you can go across the landing pad and loot the tourist settlement. There is usually a lot of Carbon fibre.

I go to a high-tech system that is either in civil unrest, terrorist attack or infrastructure failure and find me an abandoned settlement, then I farm that until the system state wears off. (high-tech systems yield plenty of schematics)
Cobras get instant like. Little tip for when you got power regulators comming out of your ears, Head for the famine , civil unrest , blight , outbrake systems , use on power regulator to power up the base , tons of e breaches. ( not realy nessesary but they cant hurt) A cobra with missle and mines , clear out those large to huge setlements of raiders and you can have tons of materials you need . afterwards take back the power regulator and move to the next big one.

I went to Kim Spa yesterday and I was surprised by the fact nothing was there except for the power regulator and a few items from the SRV. There was nothing in he cases or the cabinets. This is the entire base I’m taking about. Absolutely nothing. Wonder if it was a glitch or did FDEV remove the items.
Thanks for the video! In your experience, has this loop been enough to farm the materials you need to upgrade suit, weapons, as well as engineer mods?
Not on its own. There are things you need for the engineering mods that you get best through missions. Also, you can build up a lot of the materials (slowly) through normal gameplay. This loop really helps with suit schematics above all else and the ability to get power regulators and ionised gas are a bonus.

So i went there and every locker for mats was empty? wat gives o.0 :(
If you reload without super-cruising away, all non-mission items despawn.
there is no settlement on Nora A2 called Kim Spa, not that i can see. do settlements change ? despawn ?
The system is Nona. It's still there. I'm there now.
