Where Does Max Verstappen Find Speed? | F1 2023 Telemetry Analysis

An animation comparing Max and Lando in Q3 at the Dutch GP! While Lando held an early lead, Verstappen was just much braver on a drying track and made up lots of time through the fast twisting corners of Sector 2. Ultimately, the combination of car and driver meant that the gap between pole and second remained relatively large.

first the red bull with any good driver is miles ahead. max drives short corners while lando drive longish corners. oscar drives short corners and you will see him pass lando as the 1 drive for mclaren.
