9 times out of 10 the problem is from a messed up pantograph on NJT trains screwing up the wire... notice how it doesn't happen all that often on the NEC where NJT doesn't run, i.e. south of Trenton or north towards Boston.

Amtrak is hot trash!!! Government MUST replace Amtrak ASAP!!!!

Or the government could give Amtrak enough funding to actually upgrade wires and fix infrastructure, something they lacked from the government.

Replacing Amtrak would do nothing, they just need to fund Amtrak. That’s the issue.
