Cloudbusting perform 'Jig of Life' at the 30th anniversary of Kate's masterpiece 'Hounds of Love'. Olivia Dunn joins us on fiddle alongside Dan Crimp on whistle and Michael Matheison on bodhran and vocals, both from Mad Dog Mcrea. Guys, you were amazing!

The Hounds of Love is an album you simply must have in your collection. It is simply incredible. This mesmeric track is as staggering today as it was in the autumn of 85

We all know Mandy a wonderful singer, but when she does that ...... ' ....put this moment HERE!' ....... it is just magic. And kudos to the guy who reads the poem at that point. Every little thing they do is magic. Oh god. Sometimes, it's OK.

I come back to this, and I simply cannot truly take in how wonderful the performance is. The musicians, the vocalists, the vocal artists ... the drama .... and so unforced .... just .... BRILLIANT!

great job! one of my favourite tunes, I covered this years ago with a rather unorthodox band, drums, electric and acoustic guitar 2 vocalists, a violinist, and I played bass, didn't have a flutist so I played that part way high on the bass. it worked tho!

Nothing or nobody can replaced KB, but I have to admit that it is pretty good for a live performance. They should get the bassplayer lower , it covers the irish flavor of this wonderful song. Fiddle is sometimes off , a bit messy but overall it is good
The guy at the end COULD have memorised that poem. Apart from that,a mightily good performance of a technically difficult song

playing the flute to this song must be extremely hard
Irish flute is a bit different to normal where instead of making vibrato with your breath you make it with your hands if that makes sense.
These guys are absolutely fantastic. In 2022/3 I hope there will be an opportunity to see Cloudbusting in Ireland!

Excellent, the atmosphere here is incredible. Real music!
Great performance and video! I shoot concert video, and if I could share one tiny tip? Small blocks of memory foam under the tripod feet. I have 4" blocks of the foam under each of the feet of my tripods, and it isolates the feet from the floor. There was a shake due to the bass and the floor stamping and it does a great job of isolating. I wish you folks could travel to America.

WOW!....the musicianship is second to none. Mandy's voice is beautiful but with her particular vocal chords its challenging to cover the range of most Kate song (check out Mandy singing all the love, its beautiful) ...I hope Mandy takes a leaf from Kate and does something original. She has the voice and the team to make something unique and beautiful. 🙏
