@@DjBriteEyes i have my tops with 2 (12 inch sub) all Yamaha. Dont underestimate small tops as long as u have subs with them And i did a 150 guest wedding with no issue . I will never go back to 15 tops lol. Great video

I do have a pair of dBt Opera 405's that are 15"; I picked them up used for next to nothing, and they are good speakers, but for the events I do, a pair of 12" tops for a smaller room is enough. If you're running subs, you're rolling off the bottom end anyway and in that situation, I really don't see the need in a bigger, more expensive and heavier speaker. A pair of 10's or 12's coupled with a sub or two I think is the best way to go. I want a couple more ELX-200-12s so I can use them for centre fills or delay speakers. 10's will certainly fill the need but here in the UK the price difference between the 10 and the 12 is negligible...

The EV's are in my view a far better speaker, but they're also quite a bit more money. For the price, the Alto is a great speaker too. If you want decent sound and don't have a big budget, they're a great option. I've just ordered four Alto TX310 for stage monitors.
You will never be able to get the Alto's to sound better than the EVs because the crossover is much lower on the EVs. A lower crossover makes vocals sound much better.

I enjoyed the vid Thank you for sharing. I just ordered the EV 10ps, I plan to use the older (1) 12" zxa1 sub with them for my next gig, its an outside party. From your experience with these beauties. Is this a sufficient dj system? I also have a heavy ass 18" which I'm trying to faze out.
You said you can control up to 6 speakers - So the app has a mixing board view where can wirelessly connect 6 of these and control the volume of each like one as a DJ monitor and others as for the room. Looking to hook up a bar with a sound system and wanna bring a wireless solution to the table.

Antanas Stan i’ve never used it for a whole event but I just got the Dj 400 I plan on trying it out maybe I’ll do a video with the Dj 400 all set up and the EV evolves with elx200 subs and the 10p

Alto sounds amazing
The Electro Voice sounded better in the mids and highs in my opinion. But I'm sure some EQ could bring the Alto closer to it.
