I'm a SAHM of 4 boys, living with a chronic illness. I also have a special needs child who suffers with ADHD, anxiety and High Functioning Autism.
My name is Meredith (aka Meri) and I'm a stay at home mom of 4 boys (including twins). I also suffer from an autoimmune disease called Sjogren's Syndrome, which makes each day a little more challenging. I am also the mom of an ADHD ODD, Asperger's child.
Like most of you out there, I'm just a regular (crazy) chic trying to survive as a mom. I'm far from perfect, but I do my best to get through each day while keeping everyone alive. I also share what works for me for managing the day to day madness of being a family of 6.

Great to see you and hear your update❤I too feel not alone in this SS journey when you post. Going through a flare right now. How I've had to chuckle as you describe the circle of not doing well, accepting and adjusting to not normal and doing better. Then having a time period of doing well not realizing that, that is really our best at the time. Consider hiring someone to help during your decorating times. (Painting, grouping wall pix and hangings them, drapes, curtains, blinds.) I had to allow this cause I have limits now. We do better when we can admire and enjoy our home the way we envision it. I'm glad I got the help. You do very well in spite of your challenges. Enjoy. We waste are energy on things we have no control over. Thank you Eddie for your support and help, you're an awesome husband...

I have been waiting to move but the bathrooms in our new place haven't been updated in 40 years and the contractors are so busy! Not just that but stock is very low for plumbing supplies , cabinets etc. I am living around boxes and my arthritis has gotten really bad and my hair is coming out in clumps. I know stress is a big factor for me. I just keep telling myself it will happen and I won't have to deal with stairs anymore! But then we need to sell our present home...Wishing you a speedy move!

Get an Ebike with a throttle so you don’t have to peddle when tired. It’s very liberating for those of us with chronic illness. Wishing you well.

Believing cause they have never had that experience of what it feels like too be with the holy spirit. Not too sound disrespectful but you said in your video you think heaven an angels are beautiful and you wish God was real but you don't believe in your heart theres a God. But I no truly there is. An you should never stop trying. Seek God an tell him how you want to believe he's real.

Best of luck with sending kids to school. It's hard but with health issues involved going back to school is a bad idea. They just had the first elementary age child die from virus. Most schools & teachers are saying this is not working and high risk. NY never

I totally agree kids need to get back to school. Unfortunately they are making the kids wear masks here in Michigan and my daughter is unable to wear one for 8 hours a day so she will be learning from home. I hope you feel up to showing us a home tour when you move. Hope you are feeling better!

I’m currently only on Plaquenuil, CBD and medical marijuana.
Have you ever been on methotrexate?

That's because hidden disabilities are not recognized just because someone looks ok doesn't mean they are lying! I have the same syndrome also a thyroid disorder and cardio obstructive myopathy but to look at me I look fine but the struggle IS REAL
you won't understand until it happens to you smh chronic illness is real no matter how you look
