Truth
Elite gets sick but everyone else gets fine right?
There should be a category in the olympics called "best running form".
Chelimo: 10/10👍
He makes it look so easy doesn't he? Just so smooth and effortless, although obviously there is plenty of effort.
Kipchoge?
Enjoyed watching these guys run with their back kick almost touching their lower backs. Here am I at 73 doing track intervals (800, 600, 300) once a week and feeling I can identify with them even at my level (8 minute miles). Thanks for sharing their workouts
Hey man I think running 8 minute miles at 73 is great
That’s pretty impressive at 73, wow
Wow, I hope I'm running at your age! Especially that fast. Keep it up!
@@migueltrejo3877 Miguel to be exact I averaged 8:50’a mile in my last race 3.8 miles.
What a great sir
Impressive, his form doesn't change at all if he is tired or not...
exactly bro. Thats what makes his stride look so smooth.
He seems a machine !!!
@@YoelMonsalve 😂😂 it’s so annoying. HOW.
Dopage claire
@@josiahkatomd6149 You have anger issues or something?
12:54 Two years on and I'm still mesmerized by this perfect form. Paul is the epitome of "born to run" in my book.
And still, the cameraman remains undefeated
He is on vehicle

Vvgggggggg ff
@@itsmerahul2352 whoooosh
@@itsmerahul2352 no he is running 🤦🏽♂️
Duuuuude, that move from the pacer in the last rep was dangerous ☠️
And dumb. He could easily have just stepped onto the grass infield, which is probably what Paul expected him to do.
@@randyevermore9323 he could shoot out to lane2 after curve to finish his 400m as already feeling wasted or just keep the inner lane1 and wait Paul to overtake.
@@19Kamau79 Sure, he could have done that, too. Just about anything would have been better than what he did. The last thing you want to do is risk injuring the best hope the U.S. has for an Olympic medal in the distance races.
I'm going to say that was the heat exhaustion... running that fast in that heat
what's so dangerous about that
I can feel the strides. I can feel the lactic acid in my legs.
Every single strides looks so amazing, It looks effortless for him.
Paul's attitude is elite, this man is a machine.
they have such a beautiful community over there. the way they talk to each other before runs was just full of joy and happiness. overall they are so chill and merry throughout all the video! lovely people!
Simmons looks like every guy you've ever seen working out at your local YMCA.
I love chelimo man 🙏🏽 can’t wait to see him in Tokyo.
It's like watching a train roll through a railroad bruh. The running mechanics r immaculate
He is a running machine... 🙏🙏 Hats off to his hard work
Точнее будет сказать, что это бегущие ноги.
Making that 4:32 pace look like the average jog. Less than a month away boys and girls, so pumped for T&F this time around.
I think that is 10k pace of him.
Slower than 10k pace actually
Ridiculous!
@@simonmarathoner Bro, 4minute km for me is a breeze in the park. If that is my half marathon pace, that sure is Chelimo's 10k stretch or cooldown lol!!!
@@ascended174:32 mins per mile bro can't you read lmao
I have smiled a great deal watching the video. The banter is very friendly and funny. All the best to Chelimo.
Love the pacers jumping in on those final miles to simulate race experience! Cool video!🤟
Paul's running form is so romantic.
Iron Man and Iron Boy back at it 🔥
The mountains in the background are beautiful, what a place to run.
Paul is a bad ass. Warrior mentality.
congrats on the olympic medal! well deserved, sir Paul Chelimo!
Chelimo's running form is so beautiful. His legs move like a windmill
He floats on the track it's as close to levitating you can get
Has to be one of the best content on this app. Keep it up man

Straight forward man👌👌👌👌👌his thought is very clear.
So much grace and control.
So smooth, fluid mennnn impressive
His running speed keeps all the way consistent faster than cycling .... Very strong cardiac functionings !
The guy in the blue is seriously running with a mask on
That hip mobility....and blue shirt guy is doing sprint training from posture perspective (but handicapped with air restrictor like BoP-car) while topless guy is doing endurance stroll (posture wise).
Awesome Job!
Great view with cool air
Amazing! I hope my form can look half as good as these guys as I improve my running form. I'm just starting out after many years of inactivity. Thanks for sharing!
You guys are machines!
I like the Super Runners Shop jersey that guy had on. I used to work there many years ago. Best place for runners to get their training shoes!
Poetry in motion.
Olympic 5000m Bronze medalist 🔥
WTF? The dude is running faster in the later splits. That is awesome!
Very Very good ! Congratulacions !
As Paul's master i can confirm that cameraman done a great job👍
I'm knackered just watching him 😳
Awesome channel 🙏
Dope session, last 800 was 🔥🔥
Like running poetry. smooth and seemingly effortless.
Smooth AF!! Oh man
How wonderful step
Idk why I'm watching this before an erg test for crew but it's stressing me the hell out
I love Paul power, staimna, speed i am also wants to run like him ❤️
It's not "Tokyo hot" Colorado Springs has no humidity. Tokyo is gonna be hell... but this is at altitude. This workout is harder than Tokyo, all things considered. Chelimo is ready to KILL IT. A stunning workout. Great video and I am now a huge Chelimo fan.
Ikr but he aswell had a 5k PB of sub 12:50 if I'm not mistaking
@@robinbauer1975 Wikipedia says his PR is 12:57. He'd have the AR if it was sub-12:50, and he doesn't. Bernard Lagat does, at 12:53.
"Tokyo is gonna be hell... " You're right. I live just south of Tokyo, and running here between, say, 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. is pretty miserable. Right now the temperature is only 84 degrees, but the humidity is 89%. It will be much worse at the end of July and early Aug. The IOC should have scheduled the Games for October, which is when the '64 Tokyo Games were held, precisely because of the heat. And that was before global warming. But the IOC refused to do that because NBC didn't want a conflict with American football and the World Series in the fall. And NBC's money is apparently more important to the IOC than performance or even athlete safety.
@@randyevermore9323 I live in Kanto too and split my time btw Kichijoji and Chigasaki. It's hell. I cycle and run along the beach. Sweating bullets! Minerals and salt are gone so fast. Like you, I was like WTF!!!! when they announced these dates. It was clear Japan doesn't care about safety. They should have put their foot down to that NBC garbage. The heat is far worse than covid imo. I checked when the 64' games were and was just shocked at how stupid they were to move 2020 to July!!! Unreal. But hey, the Hakone Ekiden went off as normal this past January during a raging pandemic. Hundreds of thousands of people packed along the roads with no social distancing so no surprise they'd fold to IOC and BIG money. Not a peep from Japanese about these dates disparities. Safety is not part of Japanese culture. It's odd everyone thinks Japan is safe. The trains are an utter joke (crowded, no spacing) and have been the entire pandemic. Same for shopping. Outsiders don't know the hypocrisy of covid here in Japan. It's xenophobia covered with a covid fig leaf. I call Winter here my running season. The only time I can pick it up. It's a death march until October dude! Hang tough...
@@End_Illegal_Apartheid_israel Hey, thanks, Kenji-san. I live in Chigasaki, and I can't imagine running anywhere in the Kanto area in the summer without the ocean breeze. Even so, I'll probably do more surfing and less running when things really heat up later this month. Unfortunately, I think you're probably right that Japan is to some extent using covid to cover its xenophobic instincts. On the other hand, I'm willing to credit the Japanese gov't for having the cajones to declare these Olys a spectator-free affair. I think that will make for pretty dull television -- and therefore decreased ratings -- which is exactly what NBC deserves. BTW, here's a video that shows that even in October of '64, the best marathoners in the world were dropping like flies due to the brutal heat and humidity in Tokyo: ruclips.net/video/OxOdp8ka25U/видео.html
10:41 The white man's movements are so inharmonious, heavy body 👎 Chelimo, he looks elegant, perfect right angles😍

Mantap Chelimo...My Favorit Runner
Poul Chelimo my favourite runner, love from 🇮🇳
3.2km in 9 minutes 8 seconds. When I ran 2.3km in 10 minutes I thought I was absolutely hauling ass, apparently not. I'm not a runner though, I usually run 2km after every strength training session but Jesus. That's fast.
Ребзя, вы сумасшедшие! Успехов вам!
That shot at 10:09 is amazing
Beast mode.
Running is very important I don't run with my legs along with mind and my heart
Very beautiful place
I wonder what half tights chelimo is wearing? Looking for new ones for the fall road racing season
Superb sir gret
Hey! Amazing! One query that they are running on the Coaltar Road with spikes or its running track
Excelente
I feel faster after watching this video.
Молодцы ребята 🙏💪
i love how the camera guy say its warm but he said its hot lmfao
who else want do see a slow motion of pauls running style?
What spikes are those that chelimo is wearing, they seem like the dragonfly but don’t have a hole in the heel and the spike plate looks a little different
they’re called the nike streak lt. they’re racing/training spikes mostly made for and used by signed nike athletes or college athletes
Best running
I wish I had a form like yours.
Very good
Love the family
iron levels off the charts this video 📈📈📈
Props to the camera man who is running sideways at their pace with a camera in hand..
He's on a bike 🤣
Admired with this ground
