This is the best distance running channel. Nice professional content, no bias, no over the top editing or cringy music. Love it 🏃♂️
agree with u brother
Facts
This is what Flotrack used to be like. Glad this content is back
Totally ! That's one more sub from me!

Legend saw someone suggest in the comments last video to include the temperature, and the next video my man does
😉
Bro that was me I was just about to comment that same thing this channel is legendary
absolutely loving the banter and team morale these guys have. top vid
YES send more Paul Chelimo! This guy is going to kill it!
Coach says to do 2:10 in 800, I hear them say in swahili "Let's do 2:02" I know my people just wanna run fast 🤣
Wow! Glad you caught that.
🤣🤣
Nicee🤣damn they rlly quick
I love how you edit these. It’s raw.
Chelimo’s stride is so smooth. he’s for sure going to the Olympics
Edit: He made it. what a race!!!
One round means how many metres

You guys are crushing it. Rarely and I mean rarely turn on notifications for channels. I'm getting amped for the Olympics.
Original and raw content like this is what's gonna make this channel grow.
His arms movement is so natural that sometimes it looks like he is running in slow motion, seriously, just compare it with the rest of the runners, completely out of this world
Best running stride ever, period. Just so fascinating to watch. I spend a lot of time watching and comparing. His heel kick is so high and energetic. There is a key element in the contact time on the ground and the elasticity which is analyzed in some videos about the 'Tribal Kenians Jumping'.
Amazing! we already saw him "walking" at the end of the first 5000 and finishing first.
So fun training with these guys
Awesome workout guys. Crazy fast. Finished hella strong. Niice. Thanks for posting. Incredibly inspiring.
The last few minutes talking with Chelimo was amazing
repeating myself but this content is absolute gold
LOVE this channel and the energy of this video
When they beat your pr after 4 800s🥲
I am so glad I found your channel! Very good! Never add music. Keep it exactly how it is! I like hearing your voice in the background as you talk to the runners. Low-key but informative and we get to see how the Pros train. What you are doing is very much appreciated; please keep it up! 👍
Unlike another channel, you don't wait 4 years to post videos with misleading titles! (I won't talk badly about FloTrack!) 😜
These videos sound like how my best workouts feel
Great Channel for all Athletes ❤
So many world class runners in one place.
The best channel, hands down.
You guys motivate me to get back to running. I enjoyed it.
Please for the love of god just keep these coming

@@boek9736bike. Lol
Crazy how effortless Paul make that pace look even compared to the other elite athletes there.
Great content, love it
Love this channel 👍🏻
very inspiring to watch them run intervals
Love this content
Wow...
Really, fantastic men...
Congratulations!!!
These legend's proved humans has no limit
Watching from Madrid España. Viva Chelimo. Fellow kenyan from iten, but in Madrid. HONGERA sana kijana wa home of champions iten.
I really enjoyed that
These are excellent
Their cadences aren't that much faster than a "normal" runner, but their proportional stride length is so much longer, and they push off with ~SO~ much force.
Just shows what working your ass off can do. Elite distance is something else
You are great sir
I love Paul
Wonderful channel. Subscribed
Insane speed!
Loving the content! I’d love to see some field event athletes workout because I’m unfamiliar with their routines even though I’ve been a track athlete for years. Just a thought!
Very good trainning
Good video
Amazing human beings❤❤
Amazing 🤩🤩 🔥🔥
Great content! Training in Colorado Springs is great! Is he living at the Olympic training center
How absolutely amazing to hear this guy speak. So so so deserves the gold medal in the wc 5k next time💪💪
Camera man is always best in every case and never die 😂
The Trainer explains the Coe cooling at the beginning. Only 1 had choosen the cap and no one the Vest.
That's why they're the best.
They are speaking three languages interchangeably.. Kalenjin, Swahili and English. Not to throw shade but majority of them can't really make it in Kenya as pros (plan A for most runners); it's too competitive out here in places like Iten and Kaptagat..but of those that chose this plan B (getting athletic scholarships in US colleges), they're among the best here who stuck with it (mostly) to get citizenship via the US army. Although, their results also show how much support and infrastructure (and their hardwork) plays an important role in exploring innate talent.
Do you have the resting time between series? Nice videos!
Am from Jamaica good job guys
Nice video
Nice
Aí é pancada meu amigo
His core is so strong that he runs with barely any sway.
Fuaaaaah son unos *MOUNSTROS* !!!
Everyone asking for what the recovery time was and other specifics like that, just check the description
2-3mn of recovery but 2mn and 3mn it's not the same... 😓
Maybe 2mn between the 800s and 3mn between the 200s?
@@XavierMontet more likely that is the other way
What time rest after 800 lap plz mentioned that it is very helpful
"We're only done when we're dead man" lmao gotta love him
Kipchoge sir 🤩
Good one Chelimo,Much love from motherland Kenya❤
Paul chelimo❣️❣️
Vey good trainnig
Chiedo se è possibile sapere quali sono i tempi di recupero!! Grazie!
There’s more Swahili been spoken than English..... Love my African brothers.
It’s not about getting dropped it’s about chickening out
Hi I would like to ask if the recovery time is between reps or sets
does anyone know what flats they were wearing during this workout?
bro's body looks like a alien ,soo tough
Wonder what the recovery was between the 800s and before the 200s
It seemed like full recovery especially with how hot it was and how fast they were going.
@@Carlosediaz543 maybe not full recovery but probably a decent amount, he was running about 5k pace for the 800's
Really good 👍 yar
Paul. Chelimo.
Whats the recovery? 2 min? 3 min?
Esa pista es asfalto o es material sintético?
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Paul Chelimo has a Nice forward lean
What is the rest time between the reps
How long is the rest time per repetition?
seb coe did 7x800m on the road 1.53 sec each 1,im 30 sec rest. That's badass even today and a 1.41 73 800m. 45.5 sec 400m
That was probably going into the well.
This workout so close to the trials is just to sharpen a bit, keep the legs moving. That is likely why they added the 200m repeats at the end, to add stimulus instead of volume.
They could probably do around 8 to 10 repeats in around 1:58-2:00 during the heavy mileage phase.
Remember his 5000m pace is around 2:04 per 800m, he needs to be able to run 60 lap pace reasonably relaxed.
Me tiemblan las piernas de solo ver los ritmos 😅😅😅
Good
Break time in between running is how much?
I want that Nike cool down hat!
Where are you training guys
💪💪💪
Kenya ndo ma champions huzaliwa kila siku
バランスがよすぎる、ファラーとキプチョゲの真ん中くらいの走り方に見える
Lean mean machine
Repitetion in recovery time?
Очень нравится как они бегают , но к сожалению сам не бегун , нет результатов в беге , однако очень нравится наблюдать за бегом.
너무 멋있고, 장쾌하다

The cameramen must put so much effort to record this
Anyone know the rest time between 800s

How many time they take rest ???
