@@ortaluis I hope you're working on making an in depth documentary that Netflix is interested in. Go deeper inside the personal lives of some of the runners and their lifestyles. The door is open. God Bless.
This video is SO impressive. It was such a smart idea to record a series like this, and it looks like you worked so hard to make it a professional documentary. I would love to see you team up with someone like Netflix to give it even more leverage and scale! Well done! :)
Dude the way he Kenyan homie runs. His technique and stride looks surreal. Almost animated. Just this hybrid of carefree relaxation and rock solid composure. And soo consistent. What a beast. But you awesome too. You are not used to this program while these guys know it well. If you’d do this training regime for a while you’d be physically accustomed. Both of you rock.
This video was really good. And it saddens me to hear about the story of this stadium. It’s really a shame that our government has never built a proper stadium in this region ever since, and even the one under construction is still pending! But when they win the medals they rejoice like they ever contributed in anything! So sad indeed!
Thank you for bringing us to the front row of unprecedented elite kenyan/venezuelan running. These series will elevate the masses. Love to the kenyan people! ❤
@@williamhenry5339 they are created differently those guys esp when you get to run uphill with them they have high drought power.😭 Wanna get there just to watch them live🤝🏾😛
@@kudzanaichiwara9140 I agree totally. We’re all made different, to run like that you have start from your youth and be committed and dedicated. Something most of us lack. To them this is a lifestyle..
Im south African and i will say that Africans are friendly right through im not being biased but honest. I love your video Nate COLLABORATION WILL END RACISM.❤
Many people do not know what high altitude training involves. I once travelled to a city with a high altitude and heavy sunshine. After two hours in the sun, I almost passed out.
Thank for sharing this!! Recently got into running like 3mo ago been running everyday and absolutely love it!!! This video is a dream!! Kenya looks so cool and the people!!
As a district champ who won’t be running in college it has been tuff to loose this part of my life. These videos help to remind me why I ran and give me motivation to run in the future even though I won’t be competing for anything.
Excelente Luis desde todos los aspectos y que ahora incluyas a los corredores Recreativos es muy noble de tu parte. Te deseo que sigas teniendo mucho éxito.
Stunningly, see Louis leads the team to run on the second set interval, only by 67 seconds, despite the fatigue of 24-hr long flight from Colorado.OMG.
Worse. They are exchanging guns for World Bank rankings in the name of fighting terrorists or whatever word they have coined to describe the next place they want to raid. Shame. 😠 😡
Great video; well created and documented. Its nice to see the training session and the perspective of the Kenyan runners. You compliment each other very well. Keep the good job
Great video! It is with great pleasure that I watch those videos which allow me to be among the best in the worlds virtually. Every one of those runners are so fast to me it is interesting to have the coach comenting that half those runners are not in good shape. This is a wonderful video, even Aus Ugandans we have trained in Kenya, and we have some of the best higher mountain. The advantage is very simple you get to use less oxygen.
Increíble Luis. Tu contenido es increíble. Me has inspirado a visitar a Kenia. Dios mediante estaré ahí. Gracias por tu video. Gracias por el amor que leas puesto en tu contenido.
I respect your elite pace . Having said that it amazes me how natural their pace is almost effortless. Your pace is more due to great effort and heart. But hey you hang with them .
Damn, bro blew up. Thought season 1 had like 50k views a video and now that i finally get to season 2 this episodes sitting at a million :D. But well deserved, already looking forward to watching the other episodes :)
I really love to see such workouts there are so driven with team spirit. 💪 Let's have more from you to inspire the running family I do all middle distance including 800m with a 53s on flat 400 to feature on non elite 400m relays

We'll start with an easy 1km @ 3.00. These guys are ANOTHER LEVEL
This is slightly faster than 30:00 10k pace.
My brain can understand why it would be an easy 1km for those guys but my body can't 😄
This is as close as it gets to being super human…. These gentleman are the most amazing runners this world has
