    Why don't you do full planche press negatives and 90 degree push ups?

    You need to hold the advanced tuck planche for about 15 seconds. This exercise is much better than the planche witch band. The main thing in this exercise:
    1. keep your lower back closed
    2. scapula position only at the very top of the back
    3. 90 degree angle at the feet
    4. slightly sink your pelvis below shoulder level
    Try to make sure you do it perfectly clean (exactly as I described). I've been making planche since 2012, so try taking my advice.

      Any, but I have found cheaper ones go from 0 to 100 in resistance a lot quicker and more expensive bands have a more gradual increase in resistance as they're stretched. In Australia there is a sporting goods store called Decathlon, we get our bands from there.
