Fixing the problems with my £150 motorbike, but is it now ready for the road?

The bike is back from it's trip to the welders but it's still not running, I set about identifying the problems and fixing them one by one but is it now ready to pass it's MOT and be road legal again?

Buy a cheap stick welder, easy to use and save you money once you learn to weld 😮 took me a while but happy I learned

That is something I'm looking at I don't have a garage or any indoor space for welding so not really the ideal set up from what little I know about welding but certainly something I want to have a try at in the future 🤟

@MarkMorris-tr7ul funnily enough I looked into their course not to long ago but I didn't take it any further but I would be a useful skill to have!
