Thanks for the update (for me at least) on RC Helicopter Technology. Years ago I heard so many horror stories about attempting to fly an RC Heli. Things have clearly evolved. Flying a Drone is easy and now flying a Helicopter has been made easy. Thank you for your work.
That is very cool, but nothing is easier to fly than one of the DJI Mavics. Those things are as solid as rocks, and if you want something more affordable, the Mavic mini also flys extremely well. P.S. Both have great cameras!!

It's great that these very easy tp fly heili will most probably attract new pilots! I am flying full manually controlled 3D Helicopters and have often talked with plane pilots who tried helicopoters years a go and have been so frustrated that they were crashing more than flying. Now its easier and ife one wants he can switch off GPS and selflevel 6G stabilization. Step by step they might switch them off if the get better! This is what our hobby needs! New Pilots! Great that you are obsessed with helis now!! I will wait for new stuff to come!!

Small helicopters are almost impossible to fly without the gyros. The whole gps this is crazy awesome and anyone can fly one of these. $600 bucks is cheap for all the technology you’re getting
$600 may be reasonable but it is certainly not cheap, they are two different terms that too often confused with each other. Reasonable compares it to other products in the same class, but cheap is a personal thing, what may be cheap to one may be expensive to someone else.

hmmm work perfect with my skyzone 04x , something different than drones, still have my hirobo shuttle from the 90's lol old school gyro's etc still flies hands on lol, well stopping at 50 percent is storage or close enough , have to see if you can adjust min cell voltage.

If you get a fpv camera from Fatshark for about 130 dollars you can have goggels on your head that show live footige from the camera on bourd of the helicopter.
That helicopter is really cool but where you can get parts from to repair crash damage? The three big internet hobby shops, Heliproz Montana, Ron Lund Heliproz, & Boomtown hobbies closed down years back. Without any good resources for parts and customer support helicopters are really a tough hobby.

It was scary to see the helicopter auto-land so quickly! It's a nice technological step, but expensive for its short flight time, and the lack of a camera limits its utility.

That’s a great helicopter and I don’t doubt that it’s a good beginner helicopter but it’s almost $700. Everybody doesn’t have that much money for something like that.
I learn the hard way spending lots of $ on the crashes learning free style 3D stunts. I start from mechanical gyros in those days😂..some of us might not have heard of it. Later thru the years fms was the pioneers in simulator later lots of others came in that I improved my 3D flying with less n less crashes til almost none. This auto flight control technology today is cheap and would saves a lot of beginners $. Hirobo nitro was my first helicopter 😂. This Apache thing is awesome, I was wondering if those smart system I could remove and integrate into my 700 size LongRanger/Apache would be cool with extra insurance😂 apart from my skills accumulated through the years. I could do a lot more like fpv activating guns etc while letting the smart system take control of the flight system. Thanks bro for sharing this wonderful awesome helicopter with such an incredible control system.❤ though we learn more from scratch but there’s a lot more we could do with computers assisting us, happy RC flying guys.❤
I flew it in this video for about 11 minutes before it landed itself due to low battery. Distance typically is good these days. You will lose site before signal.

I love mine can't believe it how amazing detail it has they done a amazing job I don't have the GPS version but do have the black hawk version GPS n my compass on the screen goes crazy I've calibration the GPS n the gyro but still the screen compass doesn't keep still but u said your compass actually works so is it a faulty compass on the screen??thanks

That's a nice piece of kit but i once had one and waited a long time to take it out for the maiden flight. However i had a field right close to my house att and unfortunately the wheat in the field was longer than it looked and with a little bit of wind to. Well it shot up in to the air and got blown away from me, so i panicked and cut the power well i was sure i saw where it landed but could i find the bloody thing & i searched bro even went out at night to see if i could see the lights on it. Nope! Then later i saw the tracker out gathering the wheat so realised that thing got shredded.😢 yep that was all i got fit the price i paid. 😮but hey you are much better than i could ever be. Now i stick to cars. Flying for me was never a good experience. I even struggle with drones so yeah four wheels on the ground for me. Great video bro. Or do you say sir over there ?? 🤔
569 us with no camera. limited range. This is NOT a replacement for a camera drone in any way. This is also too expensive to be a starter. Terrible suggestion for beginers when lots of drone manufacturers come in with mini drones with 5-9 km range stabilized camera and are easy to fly for less than 350 us.
Nah, they're not beautiful. The Eurocopter AES365 (and the MH55 Dolphin in the US Coast Guard livery) are, but the original Westland Lynx is even better. But nothing beats Airwolf. 😉
I've got a similar one, around the same size, without the screen and gps and all that, but mine has 12 shootable missiles, 6 on each side, that you can shoot with the remote. I've got 2 of them, to do dogfights with!

Best bang for your buck for camera style drones is DJI. And the mini’s are 249g which is perfect for avoiding issues with the FAA

Not sure about both sticks being sprung to centre... I fly mode 2, so left stick should be only sprung on the yaw axis, not the throttle...
