Eminem is truly a remarkable example of dedication and love. The way he raised his family, overcoming countless obstacles, is nothing short of inspiring. He embodies the kind of strength and devotion that leaves a lasting impact, showing us all what it means to put family above everything else. Where they dispose of the mother’s body together. He calls his daughter basically his partner in crime. It’s this song that Stan is referencing. Meaning he admired that Slim killed his babies’ mother, probably blurring the lines of a fictional song and real life. The song itself is based on a man killed himself and his girlfriend after Eminem wouldn’t respond to any letters he had sent. Fiction. Most likely. Yet, it happens all the time. Rappers write of experiences.
For me, whenever I hear any music (be it their recent release causing a wave at the moment or soundtrack in a movie) that I really like from even an artist I barely know, my brain tells me to search for their origin story and for their first album. I do this with ALL genre of music. I enjoy witnessing the evolution of artists and pick they best for me.
Don't know if it's the same dude. But, I do remember a story pretty similar to this song. Right around that time-frame too. Dude had metal issues. Killed his pregnant girlfriend and put her body in the trunk of his car and left it at the Denver Airport. Then he killed himself. They found him first...and there was a search for the girlfriend.... “Bonnie” is from a song he did called “Bonnie and Clyde”. Bonnie and Clyde were the couple that was evading cops and were killed by police in their car going out with a bang. Eminem made a song about killing his wife and dumping her body that became infamous for the detailed lyrics. Amazing world listening to that the first time!!

it’s not, Stan is just referencing to Bonnie & Clyde he mentions Bonnie also Eminem slit Kim’s throat in that song but Stan says that he just tied her up and he’s not like Slim “But I didn’t slit her throat, I just tied her up-see? I ain’t like you ‘Cause if she suffocates she’ll suffer more and then she’ll die too”
Dido didn't write the beat, but the original song where she's singing is hers. When they out the songs together, the "beat" was made. Go to her album and listen to her original song. Anyways, was a great idea in behalf of whoever was the first one to think of putting her chorus in his song. Since it's from my era (I was 22 or 23 when both sins came out) it's still crazy to think back and then realize the moment when "stan" became a internet and slang staple that is still used to this day.
I’m sure this has already been mentioned but Bonnie is a reference to the song Kim where he refers to himself and his daughter as the infamous Bonnie and Clyde

The song is actually called "97 Bonnie & Clyde" 😊

Absolutely one of the songs that shouldn’t be censored, especially the ending because it looses most of the impact/point of the song. Also many who are just watching this won’t realize how important of a song it was at the time, not just for this message but for when it was performed at the Grammys. Too much backstory to get into but summed up, eminem was being painted as homophobic by special interest groups. Killing that narrative right away, eminem performed stan with elton john appearing as a special guest singing dido’s part. Not only was this a signal that he wasn’t homophobic despite what lyric he chooses to use in songs, it was also a big step into the LGB community being more accepted into the rap/hip hop community (something very taboo at the time). It was em doing what em did best, ruffling feathers on both sides and yet still provoking serious thought/discussion among the public.
Stan said that he would name his daughter Bonnie, because Eminem had a song called 97 Bonnie and Clyde about him and his daughter (if I remember correctly, he was killing his ex, Kim, in that song)
If you just take a bottle of Hydrogen-Peroxide, dump it over your hair, wait a couple of minutes and wash it off, you will "bleach" your hair. The problem is, using this method tends to be BAD for your hair and when it starts to grow and your roots start to come out, it can cause some major issues. Especially if you do it too long and "burn" the hair (make it extra brittle) because when it grows out and the natural color returns you can get problems with "patches" of the bleached hair basically falling out when you try to comb your hair. So, if you want to use this method.... REMEMBER TO USE CONDITIONER every time you wash your hair. It is the only way to bring some "bounce back" to it. And also be sure to keep it off your eyebrows, or they will be bleached too.... AND, make sure that it is something you WANT to do. Because it isn't like you can "wash it out" if you hate it. All you can do then is pretty much shave your hair off and wait for it to grow out again. At least with other products you can "wash them out" using other products designed to remove "hair dye". But since "washing it" is part of "Peroxide Blond", no matter how much you try to wash it out, you can't.

Eminem - Temporary latest awesome, great, touchy video.
People was saying the dude that tried to break into Eminem’s house was named Matthew and pointed out he’d be 27/28 years old when it happened in 2020!
Devon Sawa is the guy in the video, probably know him from final destination
Eminem named the song Stan randomly with no definition in mind. Nas goes on to beef with Jay Z and Nas calls Jay Z a Stan meaning a big fan. The term Stan now becomes a part of the music zeitgeist. Crazed fans were called Fanatics at that time until Nas made Stan a popular term

Eminem had a song on his debut album called bonnie and clyde about him and his daughter
The song is a response to KJ-52 Dear Slim.
I saw Cartier Family and clicked on, otherwise I've never seen y'all in my feed ❤
It's based off of the fan that broke into his house trying to kill him
