    I'm doing it for three days meri back pain mein bahut aaram hai

    Dr Saab, mujhe sacralisation ki problem hai jis Karan back right hip me pain rehti hai. Mujhe koi exercise batayen please. Aapki bed lying walk se mere knees theek hone shuru ho gye hai

    Kamardard में बैठने का तरीका बतायें क्युकि चेयर पर तो टिक कर बैठ सकते हैं पर बेड पर ज्यादा देर बैठने से दर्द है होता है।
