Any oprion for only frothing milk so we can make latte art?
Is the GranAroma coming to the USA? So far I see only availability on the European market, and no info on whether it's coming here as well and when...
Hi, Roberto. Thank you for your comment, and interest in our products. Unfortunately, we don't if and when GranAroma will make its debut on American market. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter to be the first to know about the release date. If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know. We'd be happy to be of assistance.
Hello Saeco, tell me, if this machine shows (symbol) that it is running out of coffee beans in the tank? Thanks!
Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us regarding the Fully Automatic Espresso Machine! There is no specific symbol to show that the coffee beans hopper is empty, it is suggested however to fill the hopper with fresh beans before you start making the coffee. You can find more details in the User Guide :- to.philips/6053Jnwcd
Please let us know if you have any further questions, as we will be more than happy to help you further!
@@Saeco-Espresso, its terrible, you agree with that? I use a 10 year old semi-automatic Saeco Intelia Class and it shows when the beans are little or missing and does not allow unnecessary grinding. Now i bought a new one fully automatic Saeco SM6585 and if the coffee beans run out or there are few left, the machine continues to grind and produces water, and says "enjoy". I am disappointed!
Thanks for the reply. This feature is implemented to avoid mixing different types of coffee beans, and it helps ensure that the device remains clean, even if you don't use it for some time. We're sorry to hear that you dislike this, but we truly appreciate your honest feedback, and we thank you for sharing this. Kindly let us know if you have any other questions or inquiries. ☕ 🙂
Hi there, we were wondering if we can still be of assistance. Should that be the case, feel free to reach out!
Buona giornata@@Saeco-Espresso , thanks for the professional and clear answer. I accept your position on this feature, but I think it would be better for the customer to receive a warning that the coffee beans are running out, and he can decide for himself how to proceed. It would protect us from the word "enjoy" when there is no coffee, only air and water😁
Hello I am using Gran Aroma for few days. 1. I have broblem with the foam. It is not thick and stable as it should be (as in your pictures). a lot of bubbles. 2. the temperture of the coffe is not high even if I use the maximum temp. Thanks
Hello! We'd love to help, but we're not sure we understand your question. Can you please clarify? We are also available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!
the milk foam that the gran aroma produce is very poor. not as it should be. it is not stable. a lot of big bubbles
Thank you for clarifying this, Moshe. We advise to always use cold refrigerated milk to ensure great milk foam. A higher milk temperature can affect the frothing quality. In case of having any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of our social media channels. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (to.philips/6051K8PnL) and Twitter (to.philips/6052K8Pn0). Hope to speak to you soon.
Hi Moshe, we were wondering if you managed to obtain a better milk foam with our previous suggestion. If you need further advice, here are a few more tips: please pay attention to the amount and type of milk you use. Make sure you are using enough milk for best results, and preferably use semi-skimmed cow's milk, full-fat cow’s milk or lactose-free milk. Please also consider cleaning the milk system (refer to your machine user manual for relevant information). We hope this helps!
Hello, I have brand new Saeco GranAroma coffee machine and make waterly coffee. It is not black at all and don't taste like real coffee. Please help me to adjust it.
Hello Anelia, thanks for reaching out to us! If this is the first time using your espresso machine, it is normal for the first brewed coffees to be watery as the system is still adjusting. Try to brew a few more cups of coffee in order to optimise the extraction of the coffee with the compactness of the ground coffee. We hope this helps ☕
@@Saeco-Espresso Thank you for the fast answer. Is not really the first time. I have it for three days now and made more than 10 coffees, I tried all settings for strong coffee, but still coffee is too waterly.
Thanks for your reply and the further details Anelia. When adjusting the grinder setting to a finer grind, it may have been accidentally overturned, resulting in the two grinding stones being set too close to one another. This could cause the grind to be very fine and prevent the absorption of water. To solve this, simply re-adjust the grind setting to a coarser setting by turning the knob inside the coffee bean container to a higher number or larger coffee bean. We are here if you need further help ☺️
I follow your advice, set the grinder to 12 and made 3 more coffee, but result is the same. Do you have any communication channel where I can send picture or video?
Yes, Anelia. Please do reach out to us via our social media channels. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (to.philips/6057Mg8nH ) and Twitter (to.philips/6058Mg8ny). Thank you!
Hola ,a mí me sale el café aguado cómo podría solucionarlo?
Buenas tardes,

Hello, I have a question for Saeco: as it seems that the machine washes its circuit with hot water every time it restarts, does it effects the first coffee after each restart? It is the main issue with my actual Saeco machine (Intelia Evo), I would avoid it in case I'd decide to buy this new one...
Hi there, could you please let us know where you are located? Then we will be able to assist you further with this. Hope to hear from you soon.
@@Saeco-Espresso Italia
Thank you. Can you elaborate a bit more on how the coffee is affected in your experience? Awaiting your reply.
@@Saeco-Espresso Yes, of course. What occurs is that the first coffe after the machine has been switched on includes some water from the circuit, as the machine washes it when switched on. So the coffe is has of course water into it with my Intelia. A new machine should of course avoid such an issue...
Thanks for elaborating! Could you let us know if this has been happening since your first time using it? Additionally, we'd like to offer some troubleshooting advice for you to try:
1. Switch OFF the machine and wait until it is completely off and does not make noise anymore (this takes about 15-20 seconds)
2. Open the service door and take out the brew group
3. Rinse the brew group thoroughly with lukewarm water under the tap and let it air-dry before placing it back
Feel free to let us know if this helps :)
I dont have a little brush by the machine for cleaning and the coffee pellets ar very wet i purshased today 10 Nov 2023.
Hi there, thanks for your message. Could you please share your country of residence with us? This way we can connect you with our local colleagues to look into this further. Awaiting your reply.

Thanks for getting back to us. Since the machine has jut been purchased, we'd recommend switching it in the store for a new one. We hope that this will be possible for you, but feel free to reach out to us again if not.
Is it possible to skip (register your product) part?
It's not necessary to register your machine. :)
Apart from the colour, there are other differences between the following types?
- SAECO GranAroma SM6585/00 (Black and silver/gray)
- SAECO GranAroma SM6580/20 (White)
- SAECO GranAroma SM6580/00 (Black)
Because there are significant differences in price. Thanks in advance.
Hi Peter, thanks a lot for your interest in the Saeco GranAroma! Except for the colour, models SM6580/20 and SM6580/00 are the same. Model SM6585/00 also makes flat white and has a travel mug function (the other two models don't). Also, model SM6585/00 can store 6 user profiles, the other two models 4. If there's anything else you'd like to know, don't hesitate to ask. Wishing you a great week.
@@Saeco-Espresso Thanks . I have just ordered a SAECO GranAroma SM6580/20.
Amazing choice. ;)
Enjoy your coffee! ☕
@Saeco
Dear Saeco!
Can you say it to me what is the difference between the aroma strength and the coffee quantity settings among COffeeEqualizer functions? What do they do? Normally I would think that the aroma strength will set the amount of the beam what the machine will grind, and with adjusting the water quantity I will get a specific amount of coffee quantity. But on my 6582 I see that there are 3 separate CoffeeEqualizer function: Aroma strength, Coffee strength and Water Quantity. Can you please help me what is the difference between the first two?
Hi there, thanks for asking. We like to see how we can help. Could you please provide us with your country of residence? This way we can connect you with our local product experts to look into this further. Awaiting your reply.
@@Saeco-Espresso Thanks for the quick reply. I've already contacted my Hungarian local support, they were pretty fast and helpful however I didn't get the proper answer that's why I am writing to you guys. Even in this video at 2:27 there is the two mentioned option what the user can choose on the control panel 1st icon: aroma strength (has a beam icon) and 2nd option: coffee quantity (has a mug icon with three lines). I just would like to know what these two options adjust / modify since based on the beam sign I would think this option is about the quantity of the added coffee beams = let's say "coffee beam quantity" , and the added water would determine the coffee quantity. But since there is a separate option for setting the coffee quantity itself I am not quite sure what these two separate options are modifying.
Thanks for your reply, Jocee. Of course, we're happy to answer your questions! The mug icon with the three lines indeed controls the coffee quantity, while the bean icon adjusts the aroma strength (quantity of coffee that will be ground). We hope this helps. :)
