Really love to watch this. Took me some time to figure out you tamp with the machine. And at home I'll always grind straight into the porta filter but found out you grind into a basket and this will save you time you really need to get those shots in time. Really cool to watch this. 😊
I started about 4 months ago at a small town specialty shop. It's a big touristy area, and I caught the end of summer. Once I learned how to do everything behind the bar, it was fun to start busting out drink after drink. You get into a flow, and all your efficiency skills pop out. From time to time though, it could be stressful (especially when I'd look up and there'd be 40+ in line. That usually only happened on holidays, but still).
I speak in past tense because in my country, we're heading into Winter, and it's dead almost everyday now at the shop, except for the weekends when people go skiing.
Bump into your video for the first time, and it's weirdly enjoyable watching you make those coffees even though I don't understand what's going on most of the time as I don't drink coffee myself. Looking forward to seeing more Cafe Vlogs nonetheless !!

Coffee shops atmosphere really depends on locations or suburbs. Some locations or suburbs are more forgiving, relax ,chilling and very civilised and that makes "everyone " happy , and taste of coffee lot better .
This is my job too!! I just started and i’m still trying to find my rhythm and vids like this rlly help me pick up tricks

You are so efficient and most importantly your enjoyed doing it. I am really enjoying watching your videos. Keep it up girl.
such a pro! amazing coordination and you sure know what you're doing. like clockwork! i can watch you pulling shots all day for sure!!!
After watching this videos I have much respect for baristas.
Bump into your video for the first time, and it's weirdly enjoyable watching you make those coffees even though I don't understand what's going on most of the time as I don't drink coffee myself. Looking forward to seeing more Cafe Vlogs nonetheless !!
